The name says Paige Jones, but the pictures look like Kelly Clarkson.

Is everybody in Texas a drunk?

Hey, I don't like that comment. Texans are cool, but like every state we have a few bad apples. Also, people make mistakes all the time, especially young people.

Sorry, but there's making a mistake and then there is breaking the law. Then there's making the same mistake again. And again.

You drink? Don't drive.

It really is that simple.

Can you still drive with open liquor in TX?

The Driver can't. But I don'y think the open container law passed ( I could be wrong)

We do still have Drive-thru Liquor stores.

We do still have Drive-thru Liquor stores.

Have those in Arizona, too.

There was an ABC news story that said it was LEGAL to drink and drive in Montana, Mississippi, and Wyoming. These three states have the HIGHEST amount of fatalities due to drunk driving.

Yes, people are allowed to drive with an open bottle of alcohol and everything, it's bizarre.

Texas does have an open container law. Doesn't slow down the idiots, though.

And no, everybody in Texas is not a drunk, anymore than everyone where you live is a drunk.
