Here are the Alphas (In order of strongest to weakest):

Looking at this list Chris stands out. John and Angie may be two of our final four. Audrey hasn't done much hurt or help her cause so unless she does something completely stupid next week she should be pretty safe. Michael will be in jeopardy the next time he's in the boardroom, and so will Erin.

Well this list makes me have to ask, who are Kendra and Craig?

I haven't heard much from them to tell. I thought about putting Kendra on the list because she has shown signs that she could be an Alpha, Craig is definitely not. So if I were to put Kendra on the list she would fall between Audrey and Michael.

You're right ohmyheck, this one is a tough read. Kristi and Pamela are polar opposites. One of the reasons could be that Pamela should not have been fired on this week. She took a group of whiny, bitchy prima donnas and came within 11 bucks of making winners out of them. She deserved to stay, but she didn't. So I'm more inclined to disregard this one.

Which brings us to Kristi. The first person that comes to mind who is exactly like Kristy this season is Tana. She'll do what you tell her, and exactly what you tell her, but beyond that she's clueless. Those aren't the types that tend to be good leaders, but you'll take a dozen of them if you were building a team. If Tana is in charge this week she's in serious trouble. Another person to watch out for is Chris. This guy is a bad accident waiting to happen. If someone says the wrong thing to him he may go off.

It's looking like: Tana or Chris (if given enough rope to hang himself)

I'm guessing DT hopes Magna wins so the teams get evened up. That way he can prolong the time before the mixing and merging stuff.

It's ridiculous that we've seen 3-5 times more of everyone in Magna except for Kendra. What on earth is she doing? (Not much, apparently.)
