Theresa is my pick this week on my PTTE, so I have to go with her, but my gut says "LEX"

Teresa gets her wings clipped this week as the master manipulator gets manipulated!!!!! That and she is next gone on my PTTE

Alternate pic is Kimmy Powers.

He has to go sooner or later.

Alt pick: Mamma Kim (just cause I can't stand looking at her anylonger!)

His time is up, Ethan will help Mama get rid of him and secure her place in the OB alliance.

Pepe, your summary was a hoot. Thanks !!!

Hope you all had a great holiday !!!!!

I have a feeling MamaKim is about to have some physical problems and the tribe will vote her off as a mercy measure like they did with Jessie.

Pepe did a hilarious summary so make sure you read it.

"LEX,no IC, then Tom"
Posted by Rose Red on 12-26-01 at 10:50 AM
Lex, cause I just can't take it anymore! As Colleenlover says on SS,"The same jerk just keeps winning everything." I think this is Kelly's nom de post. Just guessing.
I think Lex and Tom's going off on the safari will lead the remaining four, Ethan and the women to realize they do NOT NEED THESE DOMINEERING men. And they both cannot win the Immunity. Actually, looking for the Immunity Necklace in that last vidcap it seems the Kims, Ethan, Lex AND Tom don't have it on them. So that means Teresa wins it! Yea!

"RE: Agree with Rose- LEX,no IC, then Tom"
Posted by NorthOfBoston on 12-27-01 at 06:31 PM
I agree, Rose; MB is so fond of dramatic irony. . . he has shown Lex on a high streak over the past two episodes. I'm sure as Lex has been watching these, he can only think to himself, "I'm doomed, I'm doomed!"

The pattern is clear: Clarence is the funny, comic relief guy, and BOOM! is gone next episode. Brandon is on top of the world, in control of the vote and, BOOM! is gone in the next episode. Frank is isolated, no WHOOPS! Look everyone! He's really a sensitive guy (in the next episode), and BOOM! gone. I think Lex is the next target. Besides, I need Lex to go this episode for my PTTE prediction to work!

If OS is hit again, MB better make some major changes to the show for S4 or the predictability will kill the series for good.
I'd like to see Tom win an immunity challenge; that would keep him off the chopping block and make Lex the obvious choice for all.

Posted by kuchakor on 12-26-01 at 01:11 PM
Well, T-Bird has been manipulating way too much, it's time for her to go. Lex wins immunity, Lex & Tom win reward, Ethan is persuaded some by T and Lil'Bit, but it doesn't work. Ethan stays true to Tom and Lex and Mama.

Alternate Pick - Mamakim

"Teresa"
Posted by VampKira on 12-26-01 at 01:32 PM
Ever since she said to Clarence.. "You're trying to trick me and I don't like it." I have wanted to see her go down. She sounded like a 5 year old! And if I have to look at that sour puss, lemon sucking face much longer, I may have to stop watching till she's gone.

Pepe... rockin' summary, my friend!

I hate this week. I think a convincing case can be made for T, L, or KP. I 'm going with Lex because he is most obvious choice for all concerned. My alternate pick is KP. Teresa hasn't pulled off that coup yet.

Ouch! That sound you heard was the anguish among the people who have followed my predictions in the past two weeks (Frank instead of Brandon, Kim P instead of Frank). This week, I think the two most likely victims are Lex and Kim P, and I'm taking Lex.

Why Lex? Because of his string of immunity wins, and because Old Boran clearly doesn't trust him anymore. Because he gets left alone at the camp with the Kims and Teresa (while Ethan and Tom are off at the RC) and gets on their nerves. Because we're probably far enough into the game that he could have contracted a parasite that doesn't reveal itself until he gets back to the States. Because Tom wants to ogle Kim P some more. Because Kim J wants to be assured of making the final three. Because Ethan doesn't care, as long as all of Old Boran sticks together. But mostly, because Kim P. isn't the loner any more -- she has T-bird on her side.

Lex is the loner, and after this episode, Lex will be on the jury -- giving Kelly lots of time to grow to like Frank ("the enemy of my enemy is my friend"). However, all of the "female alliance" stuff is just misdirection -- Old Boran stays intact, but MB spends the week trying to convince us otherwise.

New PTTE order: Lex/Kim P/Tom/Teresa/Kim J/Ethan.

I really do not see the all woman's alliance happening, and I think that the extra push for it will be Tersa's undoing. Plus she is currently the biggest immunity threat of the old Samburu's.

If it is not T-Bird, then my guess is Kim P, but for the most part I just don't see the old Borans turning on each other. The female alliance talk has been put in our face for a reason, to make us think it will happen. It never does when MB puts it in our face that much.

"Kim P"
Posted by Mercury on 12-26-01 at 02:46 PM
Well, I'm going to be the first person to pick 'lil Kim. She was my PTTE choice for last week, and my gut tells me she's probably gone this week instead. I see Teresa pulling off immunity, and OB not yet broken up. If KimJ were to defect from OB, she'd have to have Ethan with her, and I think Teresa could make them an offer to join with her in exchange for her help in kicking off Kim P. On the other hand, OB could still be together and would vote off Kim P instead of one of their own.

My second choice is Lex, but for some reason I really don't want him to go yet.

"Lil KIm"
Posted by esquire on 12-26-01 at 02:51 PM
I'll be the second one to pick Lil Kim.

Although I think it would be grat fun and drama to watch the creaion of an all gal alliance, I don't see it actually happening.

I can't see Lex going yet. Kelly and Lex would have worked out their differences prior to the end of the show if Lex would be spending the remaining time with her as a juror.

"Tom"
Posted by macamrox on 12-26-01 at 02:57 PM
I think Lex will win immunity again this week, and either he or Mama Kim will team up with T-Bird and Lil' Kim to vote off Tom. If Lex does not win immunity this week, he will be the one to go.

"LEX"
Posted by Round Robin on 12-26-01 at 03:09 PM
Lex, both because he's a bigtime asshole and because he has all those votes. But if he pulls another IC out of his ass, Tom or Ethan could be at risk.

Call it gut instinct or just wishful thinking. But I think Big Tom and his boil 'Buster' will be heading for the lodge. And I will do a happy dance. I can't stand the guy. Watching his SI clips make me want to throw things at the computer screen. I was listening to him and just felt he was leaving this week.

"Kim P."
Posted by FesterFan1 on 12-26-01 at 04:18 PM
Mainly I'm picking her because she's who I have next on my PTTE list. I think Teresa's the one they'll want to boot, but she'll win immunity and the Boran's will have to go with plan B.

Ok, so I just really hope he goes.

We've had all we can take of him and the tribe has to spend more than one hour a week with him. Old Boran is up two and can afford to drop Lex now and still keep their majority.

With Lex dropped, Kim J is feeling more secure in her Tom & Ethan alliance. She won't switch.

Because I think the OB's are probably nervous by her courting MK, especially now that Frank (MK's nominal objection to the female alliance) is gone. And because I don't think the female alliance will happen because MK is dumb. If she were to ally with the other women, she'd be in the final three, whereas in OB she's probably the fourth. But I think that the fluid in her legs will make its way up to her brain and she'll miss the boat.

Great summary, Pepe. I really like the conversation between the gut, the boil, and the dreadlock. Now we see the true alliance - and it doesn't include the migrating leg-fluid!

"Teresa"
Posted by mookiemeister on 12-26-01 at 04:42 PM
Old Borans will stick together to vote out another Old Samburu. So it's either KimP or Teresa. I think they will vote Teresa out because KimJ told Ethan about Teresa trying to recuit her and they will see Teresa as a bigger threat in trying to break their alliance. KimP is not in a good position to break up the Old Boran alliance, so she stay for another week.

"Teresa"
Posted by runningchicken on 12-26-01 at 05:09 PM
Biggest threat to Old Boran. She been stirring stuff up which will be frowned upon. She betrayed Frank and since she did the big boohoo act everyone knows she did and won't trust her. I think they should have kicked her off last week so if they don't this week I'm going to scream.

It can be no one else, Brandon wants to spend some alone time with her, leaving Kelly stuck with Frank. The dust devil was shown one week earlier this time to throw us off, Tom goes next week followed by KimJ. Earning Teresa the manipulator title, I'm taking away the master part of that title. No master manipulator would have gone to KimJ to vote off Ethan, at least Brandon studied that Lex and Kelly didn't like each other.

"Lex"
Posted by janisella on 12-26-01 at 05:54 PM
I'm going with the time to plot against him during the Reward idea, along with the dust devil thingies (and I think T-Bird is going to win the IC).

"LEX"
Posted by Serendipity on 12-26-01 at 06:37 PM
He's lost his trustworthiness with his old alliance so if he doesn't win IC, he's a goner.

He'll be happy to be reunited with his friend Brandon at the Lodge, and since he still believes Kelly betrayed him, he will spend all his time with Brandon, leaving Frank to Kelly.

Should Lex win immunity, I see a real dilemma. Teresa should be the one to go as a reward for her manipulation and I think she will be the choice of the majority, but Lex will want to keep his real-deal gal. They'll probably go with KimP to shut Lex up.

I don't think the all-female alliance is going to work out. I do however think MamaKim will take Teresa a little further and use her later with Ethan to get rid of Lex. MamaKim will wan't to save her butt another round and use T-Bird as her third with Ethan in the final two.
When I watched last weeks episode, the amount of times I saw LilKim, I just felt she would be the next to go.
Go Ethan!

"Tom"
Posted by FFantasyFX on 12-27-01 at 00:07 AM
I don't think an Old Samburu person is going this week. I see no reason why Boran would target KimP. over Teresa (with the exception of a Teresa IC win of course), and Teresa hasn't earned the title of master manipulator yet.

Thus, I'm left with a choice of Tom or Lex. Either for strategic reasons or because Lex wins immunity, I'm leaning towards Tom being the target.

"Ethan"
Posted by dekko on 12-27-01 at 00:08 AM
T/KP get Lex, who talks to Tom on their RC victory, convinces him that Ethan's a huge threat and has a sub-alliance with MamaKim. Tom's leery, but Lex wins immunity (again) and votes with the gang instead of the nice pretty ladies that he gets to shower.

A longshot, but so's everything else at this point.

Alt. Kim J. OFG theory holds up, a switch-up happened last week and is unlikely to happen twice in a row unless absolutely necessary (ie. two booties in a row who give MB only material which points to themselves). Lex somehow manages to not appear as a target in this week's promos, which is awfully weird actually since we're now getting into the end game and he didn't handle the middle game all that well. His "wild card" factors will work against him as all the other players conclude that he is just too unpredictable to keep in the game, it's better to try to simplify at this point. Teresa cinches his fate by revealing it was she rather than Kelly who voted for Lex in episode 7, manipulating a backlash of a unanimous vote-off which in turn leaves the "all-girls alliance" as an open question to hook into the next episode.

"If all machines were to be annihilated at one moment, so that not a knife nor lever nor rag of clothing nor anything whatsoever were left to man but his bare body alone that he was born with, and if all knowledge of mechanical laws were taken from him so that he could make no more machines, and all machine-made food destroyed so that the race of man should be left as it were naked upon a desert island, we should become extinct in six weeks. A few miserable individuals might linger, but even these in a year or two would become worse than monkeys." (Samuel Butler, "Erewhon")

Curses, did it again! Edited to: Compliments to Pepe on his dropdead killer funny summary! Man, I really felt awful for you having to contend with that nonchallenge excuse for making TV, the food auction, but you hit every nuance with just the perfect touch and had my in such a fit a laughter! Thanks, it was a marvelous way to spend a bit of my Christmas holiday.

Posted by mavsfan on 12-27-01 at 00:17 AM
For the reasons outlined under the title

"Kelly helped us the end of pagaonging"

Essentially -

1) Lex finds himself 4th in the Boran pecking order
2) Lex has been willing to play the game "outside the box"
3) If Lex is going to jump ship, he has to do it now
4) Tom is painting a target on his chest by questioning Lex's loyalty
5) Tom continues Kellys "fun at the lodge" spoiler
6) Tom would be a great ambassador to bring Kelly & Frank together

"Tom and the Boil"
Posted by Sexy Spearchucker on 12-27-01 at 00:25 AM
Tom gets the boot this week when his infectious boil grows a mind of it's own. After it takes over his whole head the Survivor doctors chopper him to a Johannasburg hospital where an emergency boilectomy is performed. Tom loses too much blood to rejoin the game but meets a beautiful nurse who owns a sheep farm. He is never heard from again!

If that doesn't happen, it will be Teresa!

Just a hunch. Or wishful thinking.

"KimP"
Posted by Krautboy on 12-27-01 at 06:09 AM

Women vs. Men

To vote this week, the first consideration is whether or not KimJ will switch and vote with the women versus the men. This was Teresa’s idea to begin with, not KimJ's, and has been getting a bit too much hype...

Voiceover: will it be the women
MamaKim: 3 of us
Voiceover: versus the men
MamaKim: 3 of them
Voiceover: in a knockdown drag out tribal council vote

The pattern this season has been when MB presents a strategy openly, it is usually not successful. Conclusion: KimJ votes as a Boran rather than as a women.

EP13 Title…”The Final Four: No Regrets”

The title for EP13 suggests that KimJ and the rest of the original Boran stay true to their original alliance and make it to the final 4 together with “no regrets”. Conclusion: the last two Samburu go each of the next two weeks.

CBS Poll:

This weeks poll asks, “At this point, who will be voted out of Africa sooner: Lex, Ethan or Kim J.?” This is another trademark CBS red herring, intended to lead the audience away from this weeks Samburu boot. Conclusion: Teresa or KimJ. Get voted off this week.

Vidcaps:

Ethan, KimP and KimJ. Are shown leaving for TC without the Immunity Necklace. Conclusion: Tom, Teresa or Lex win immunity.

Editing:

Tom is shown doing well during the IC, breaking one of Lex’s pots. Teresa is not shown at all at the IC. Conclusion: Lex or Teresa win immunity. In either scenario KimP is vulnerable. Conclusion: Teresa may win immunity, KimP will not.

The OFG Theory:

Everyone was shown in the previews this week, but the men were featured as targeted by the new 3 women alliance, which means the men are safe. The Boran (including KimJ) were targeted by the CBS Poll. Only Teresa and KimP were shown in the previews, but not as boot targets. Conclusion: Teresa or KimP get voted out this week.

Ep12: "Truth be Told":

The featured "truth" yet to be told is the truth about Teresa’s vote for Lex. In order for Teresa to reveal the “truth” in EP12, she cannot be voted out in EP11: Conclusion: Teresa is safe this week.

Face Time:

KimP had the telltale spike in Face Time last week, eventhough MB had to dig deep to find it. Teresa is still underdeveloped but will get her spike this week in preparation for EP12. Conclusion: KimP is ready to go.

Kelly’s Friends at the Lodge:

KimP is still on Kelly’s list which has been accurate so far. Brandon and KimP will make up at the lodge. Conclusion: KimP.goes to the lodge before Teresa.

Brandon's comments about Frank, in EW:

“So you even talk to Frank?
I didn't like Frank at all until I got home. After we were back for a little while, Frank called and put his girls on the phone to say hi to me. I guess he's only really in his element at home.”

Brandon would have had no reason to talk to Frank at the Lodge if KimP were there with him. Kelly talked to Frank and came to like him; Brandon talked to KimP and they made up. Conclusion: KimP is next to go.

Goodbye KimP…

Pepe: Thanks for the fine job on the summary; nothing Skunky about it.

"KimP"
Posted by Bebo on 12-27-01 at 08:28 AM
I think Teresa wins IC, which is why she can't be pagonged.

I also think Tom and Lex go on the safari together, and reach an understanding over the bourbon that allows Tom to bury any concerns about Lex's loyalties and stick with their original final 4 plan.

KimP is the most logical choice from the standpoint of the lodge dynamcis. I don't think she's the best choice strategically...but then again, that fits in with a lot of the choices this group has made already, so that doesn't bother me.

I'm inclined to agree with Krautboy that the E13 title "No Regrets" refers to the OB final four...which would mean Little Bit or T-bird goes to Loser Lodge. KimP going first would allow Kelly to reach out to Frank and give Brandon a chance to mend his friendship with KimP.

"TERESA"
Posted by TheWanderer on 12-27-01 at 11:16 AM
MB is playing games with us posters. Consider this:

1) Although Frank was portrayed as a loner, we all know why he was booted.

2) KimP was portrayed as unaligned in last week's episode, but has not done anything to piss anyone off or consider her an immunity threat.

3) MammaKim's edema was displayed. Therefore, not an immunity thtreat in any remaining physical challenges (not that she was a threat before).

4)Teresa is no longer UTR. In the last two episodes, she has made references to "making a move at TC" and having a "female alliance"

5) Her failed attempt in recruiting MK and booting Ethan resulted in her vote against MK. If they have the ability recognize one anothers'handwriting, then it may be obvious who voted for MK.

Barring Teresa winning immunity, she's booted. Alternates: Lex, or KimPleasebendoverforme

Alternate LEX. AyaK is probably right this time and I won't be at all surprised to be wrong about this.

My vote is based mostly on her face time last week and that she is not in the CBS poll or an obvious target even though she ought to be. (Thanks Krautboy for your analysis.)

If Lex were going Burnett could easily have hyped up Kim's vulnerability, but instead we feel she is safe and UTR.

Also, I saw that Survivorerist has decided she goes in the same position as Amber, and I'll go along with his GUT.

I don't feel the build-up has happened yet to prepare for the Lex boot, and I don't sense it in the promos, so I will gamble that he stays until "Truth Be Told."

Well... I'd say Lex but AyaK says Lex so I have to go with the next most logical target!

I haven't really had a chance to see all of the thresds here or hear opinions yet, but here goes...

Kim P. makes a lot of sense because she got ample face time last week with her playfulness with BigTom and in the preview, and there's something that tells me that Teresa wins the IC (other five shown without IC dog-collar, while Teresa isn't shown at all). If the OldBorans are smart, they stay together tonight.

I do believe that Lex may see himself as the odd man out in the oldBoran group, so it's very possible he might try to switch over to Teresa and KimP. -- however, I see these two as rejecting Lex's overtures and continue to try and convince mamaKim to create an all-female alliance. If Lex tries to switch, he'll be shot down in flames by everyone else and be the next bootee... so he's my alternative pick.

Truly, a case can be made for any of the six to be the bootee, even Ethan and mamaKim.

All girl alliance fails and she is the instigator and strongest over Kim P.

Maybe the Borans are tired of her scheming, but with this crazy crowd one can never be sure.

I agree that KimP or Teresa are the logical boots--but this group has been anything but logical so far. I just don't see why CBS could be hyping up the Tribal Council as unforgettable or a "knock down drag out battle" unless something dramatic happened. The only thing I can think of is that Mama Kim votes with the women first and then changes her mind at the end. But that wouldn't make any sense--she would still be digging her own grave. Therefore, I'm going with Lex. Every time CBS hypes the tribal council as "exciting" or "intense" or "unforgettable", someone the audience hates is kicked off or it really is a double tie or something like that. I can't picture a scenario where a KimP/Teresa boot would be overly dramatic.

Another hard week, but I just have the feeling that Lex will go.

I think there is no way that Lex will win immunity. I see someone likeable winning the IC. People will be trying to break Lex's pots. If Lex does not win immunity, it makes sense for Ethan/OB to get rid of him while they have the chance. I can see Ethan, KJ, KP, and T voting for Lex. I'm not sure about Tom.

I think that Tom and Lex go on the Reward -- I base this on people saying that Tom and Lex look cleaned up. Also, there is the picture that shows two people standing up in a vehicle. People seem to think that one of them is Tom. How they can tell this, I don't know -- they base it mostly on the size of the person. If this is true, this goes nicely with my theory of the rest of them voting for Lex. While Tom and Lex are away, the rest of them can strategize and decide that Lex needs to go the next time he doesn't win immunity. I truly will be surprised if Lex wins immunity this time. I just think that everyone else will be targeting his pots. If Lex does NOT win immunity, it opens the door. Of course, all this could be wishful thinking on my part. But it also goes well with Kelly's statement that Theresa is a manipulator. Theresa could be the one that brings up the idea while Tom and Lex are away at the reward.

I have a feeling that the voting patterns will be different this week because of the preview, but I do NOT believe we will see the men vs. the women. Also, the scene with MamaKim saying she will stick with her alliance in E9 or E10 makes me think that we will see a vote from her that looks like she is not voting with her alliance. I think her true alliance is with Ethan.

Pepe, I haven't had a chance to read your summary yet, but I will. Thanks in advance.

"My plan would be simple. As soon as the votes were tallied and Jeff Probst gave me the bad news, saying, 'The tribe has spoken,' I'd say, 'Oh yeah? Well fcuk the tribe. I'm a Survivor!' and I'd bolt into the jungle, only to emerge every night to pick the other contestants off one by one with poison darts. Then I'd start on the crew." - Dennis Miller

Just like Colby & Tina decided to boot Jerri around this time last year (with three hard core alliance members with them -- (Keith/Colby/Tina), MK/T/E are going to jump on the chance of getting rid of the annoying Lex while they can or with IC's they might not get another chance.
Besides, my pick can't be wrong for the 3rd damn week in a row!

Maybe I am being mislead by the language in the descibing the tribal council but if either T-Bird or KimP are booted I can't see how this is any cause of excitement. That and Frank's interview comments about how Lex felt shakey with his original tribe. Going with my gut that Lex doesn't win immunity and OB takes the opportunity to get rid of him before he turns again.

OB will "just be sticking with the batting order" and booting the next OS. Lex will be next barring an IC win and then TB will go leaving an all OB final 3. Lex may win another IC tonight.

If T-Bird wins IC, then Kim Peek-At-Me.

Man, I have been all over the map trying to figure this one out! First I thought it was Tom, then Lex, then even MamaKim. I had good reasons for alliance switches, double-crosses, and double-crosses with a back flip thrown in!

Finally, I decided to focus on the one true player of this game, Everready Ethan. In the last episode, MK told Ethan that T-Bird wanted an all woman alliance with E as the first target. There is no way in god's green earth that Ethan will allow this to happen. So a woman goes this week. Ethan guards his flag day & night; he will not risk a female majority in the game.

Theresa is a schemer & trouble maker. Kim P is a follower. So Theresa should be picked over Kim Peek-At-Me. And with only about a week left in the game (in real time) Peepin' Tom probably wants a few more peeks at Miss KimP. So T-Bird goes, all woman alliance is a wash, and the flag is safe.

IC of throwing things seems like one for upper body strength. Tom is my pick for IC winner.

Thanks PePe for a grrrrreat summary. I will always think of S3 & Lex everytime I need to have some, you know, that lexlax stuff.

I've been leaning towards Teresa all week, but Krautboy and OFG have now swayed me to go with Lil' Bit for the second week in a row. The main thing persuading me is "Truth Be Told". This simply has to be in reference to either 1) Teresa's vote for Lex or 2) something big that hasn't happened yet. If #1, Teresa still must be around. If #2, then "something big" means that the logical choice (i.e. Teresa) must not happen.

Of course the "something big" could be Lex getting the boot (and then Teresa fessing up to her vote after he's gone? but why?). But I'm more inclined to think things go according to plan and Kim P gets the boot because Tbird wins immunity or is just deemed more likable or "worthy" like Elizabeth and Rodger were deemed wore worthy then Amber. Then Teresa can reveal that "Lex is an idiot...why not vote him off in E12?" in a last ditch effort to save herself that may or may not work.

One simple reason....tonight Lex ISN'T wearing the Immunity Necklace!!! How many chances do the others have LEFT to boot Lex out? (Answer: Slim to None.)

The "women's alliance" which would mean Mama Kim votes for Lex is MB's "red herring"....BUT....TOM joining Teresa/Lil Kim to boot Lex is an opportunity waiting to happen.

Mama Kim/Ethan and Lex can vote for Lil Kim OR Teresa.

It doesn't matter....Since a 3-3 TIE vote will OUST LEX!!

Mama Kim and Ethan still "look" faithful to Old Boran and Tom/Teresa/Little Kim have a majority of 3 to 2 going into E-12!!

PS. A BIG Congrats to Pepe for a truly terrific Summary!!!

witness the second to last step in the complete pagonging of OS... t-bird gets the boot when mamakim spurs her advances, leaving the pretty young thing (ie. colleen, elizsabeth) to face off against the evil tagi... i mean ogakor... no, it's boran

lex'll win the IC for the last time, making him the target for next week and leaving the final four a demographically correct young male(sideshow bob)/young female(lil'kim)/old male(perv master tom)/older female(mamakim? who?)

Go ahead, read the next one. Count 'em - three weeks without even a point in the safari. Might as well count on Teresa being there next week. Read on if you want the logic...

Tom/Lex take the trip and get their makeovers. I'm not sure who wins the RC, but I think Tom's got a pretty good advantage in the breaking game for IC - strength will help. If there was more skill required, like with archery, I'd likely give it to Ethan. But for this one, strength counts, and I've got to go with Big Tom.

Ethan, MammaKim and LittleBit are way below my radar, which means it's likely one of them gets the boot. But I'm thinking that the Boran4 is in charge, and they see Teresa as the next biggest threat. So she goes...

I think the Women's Alliance will never come off, the Pagonging will continue. I am picking Kim P over Teresa simply because of face time; on the PTTE thread, I had Teresa falling next, after I successfully picked Frank. (Yeah!)

Like AyaK and Webby, I've been wrong most every time I voted, including a vote for Frank instead of Brandon two weeks ago. I don't think T-bird goes this week; she wouldn't be called a master manipulator by Kelly if she got Pagonged right after Frank. I do think that Lex doesn't win, so I agree with AyaK's "Love Cruise" post, but I don't know whether he gets booted THIS week or NEXT week. Webby and AyaK picked him to go this week ... and perhaps they are right ... but I'm going to try to break my losing streak at their expense and go with "Little Bit" as the E11 target.

Lex realizes he is on the outside of the Tom/Ethan alliance and teams up with T-bird after he wins immunity again. It could be Tom or MamaKim due to prior votes but I think it will be MamaKim because she refused to join the girl alliance.

I hope the women do form an alliance, and this hope is founded on the consistent theme throughout the game of some of the men being sexist and treating the women as weak. We saw it a lot from Frank and Tom, and we know a lot about Lex doing so from the Survivor Insider, esp. Kelly. Has MB been showing us this to set the guys up for a takedown? Poetic justice - the women take power and turn the tables. Hey, it could happen!

Choosing to assume that, Ethan is safe due to no votes and MK would not be ready "yet". Lex is the biggest IC threat; plus, when Teresa cast her first vote for him, she said she was worried about his leadership role. And he is an ass.

Jeez, this is hard. It'd be nice to be right!
