I missed it!Did Shakes explain how Toni ended up getting the boot after the two-two tie in the men's jury?
Did he mention anything about the finale?

He said that Darrin had the tie break vote, since he and Melissa had won the competition. The tie break thing has never been made clear on the show, he says.So, Darrin broke the tie and booted Toni.
Finale - I don't remember anything said, but I wasn't there the whole time. A couple of editors from the show were there as well.
