I think 105 & 105a are from the last episode. That's Liz crying in the kitchen when Christina left the show.

Here's the vidcaps that look to me like ep. 4 or earlier:

48, 49, 49a, 61a, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 73a, 73b, 74, 75, 76, 77, 79, 80, 91, 84, 85, 86, 86a, 87, 89, 89a, 96, 98, 102, 106, 107, 108a, 109, 110a, 111, 115, 116, 117, 118, 119, 125, 136, 137, 138, 139, 140, 143.

The main thing I went by were people who aren't in the top 6, and clothes. Andrew wore a blue shirt and silver tie this rose ceremony, and there were several vidcaps of him talking to girls before the rose ceremony. Maybe there's some other vidcaps that people can eliminate who paid closer attention to clothes.

What I think after having watched this show once:

132, 155, 156 are all from the same overnight date (to Mexico perhaps) and Andrew's date is Tina from Wisconsin who really should marry Brett Favre if he's still available.

133s-134 are from the overnight date Andrew has with Jen to my great state of AZ. It looks like they went to Rawhide in Scottsdale. I just hope that isn't the bowling alley that's a 5 minute walk from my house. The far wall deco looks the same, but how many ways can a bowling alley be decorated?

148-149 are from the overnight date Andrew has in Snow Country (maybe Park City, UT from 135s) with Kirsten. The highlights tell all.

I think vidcap 142 is from next overnight dates. Previews for nest week show Andrew and Jen going to a spa and a mud bath. Looks like they hit the showers afterwards.

We saw the previews for next week's show last night. I think that is one of those editing tricks. Because the voiceover was saying, "And which lady will be sent home brokenhearted..." just as Andrew & Kirsten walked by the camera.
