"This Poor Girl"

I really enjoy this show for it's humor, but I feel SOOOO bad for this girl and I think after it she is going to be emotionally disturbed. I read an article saying that she had still not returned back to work. Although it didn't say why, I wonder if it has anything to do with her emotional state. I feel so bad because she had no idea that he was an actor and she really has hope that she can change him, and he's already getting paid to act like this, so he is not going to listen to her! My heart goes out to her because I couldn't ever do something like this.

The difference here is that YOU couldnt tear you family apart for a few measly bucks whle she CAN. (and really, its not alot shes playing for here. A quarter mil for her and an quarter mil for the folks, who, frankly, dont appear to be in need of a cash infusion). I stated in another thread that I thought she needed therapy before the show. She hasnt returned to her job because the Catholic school that she taught for didnt think that they wanted her as an example to their kids, though her leaving was a mutual decision. She was on a leave of absence and decided not to come back because she was going to "promote" the show.

If the world were a logical place, men would ride side-saddle.

I also feel bad for her. But I'm rooting for her to win the money. I think the producers may have edited the show to make her more uptight than she is. If you noticed a scene after the sex therapist session, she seems to be able to goof around with Steve playfully and doesn't look like she is tramatized from the sex therapy session.

Feel bad for her? A person who is willing to lie to her friends and family for a sum of money that she doesn't really need? To top that off.....she definitely feels she is a superior being....tsk tsk....

Good point about her being editied to look so up-tight. Maybe you're right. Regardless, it can't all be in the editing. How could anyone feel sorry for a girl who doesn't seem to have any sense of humor whatsoever!! We're talking a quarter million dollars here for her and more for her family...Steve's not so bad..obnoxious yes but not so disgusting that I wouldn't totally kiss him tongue and all! Think $$$$$$$$$$$ dollar signs!

I would kiss Steve for free! This guy is so hilarious, how can you not love him? As for Randi- total stuck up priss. She thinks that she is so refined and reserved and so much better than Steve. And then she claims that she is really fun. I would love to see what her idea of fun is! Any ideas? I don't feel sorry for her even one miniscule bit.
