This award is for the worst overall reality TV show.
To be eligible, at least one episode of the show or series must have aired during the 2001 calendar year on either broadcast or cable US television.

"Who Wants to Marry a Multimillionaire?" may well have been the worst reality game show ever -- but it was also the first. It aired in Feb. 2000 and thus is not eligible for the 2002 Blowies.

Only worth tuning in in order to laugh at it. Unfortunately, while it tries to be funny, from what I've seen it's most often just unintentionally hysterical. This turkey has no use but filling space in the after-hours schedule. Yeah, they actually made a worse version of Chains of Love.
