During Jake's season there was a big to do over Rozlyn and a staff member hooking up none of which we saw. But there hasn't been a to do over Monica canoodling with Blakely.
Question: Is it because in Rozlyn's case it couldn't be aired and in Monica and Blakely's case it makes for good ratings? Or could it be in Monica and Blakely's case it was a one time thing to create drama and in Rozlyn's case it was an ongoing thing?

It could be either case, but I'd go for what you said about Monica and Blakely's thing as seen as being good for ratings. OTOH, you're right that it was a one-time thing. Well, maybe they'll get together on next week's episode or a later episode. We'll have to wait and see.
