In hindsight it is so clear now. Randal was going to get that job and no one else was.

His question of the ex-candidates getting them to all stand. Even saying "SOLE" apprentice when he asked them. He had an inkling that they were equally matched and what the big surprise was going to be.

I have no doubt, now that his character has shown through without editing (And for the past several weeks, Randal has been my pick to win because he appeared to deserve it), but I have no doubt that has Rebecca won or they been named co-Apprentices, he would have sued.

Randal probably thinks a$$-aroma as a good find too.
