one question!
why do tribes wants to win early immunity challenge?!? when history tells us that the tribe who lost the 1st few IC ends up on top, winners usually comes from the tribe who is losing at the start of teh season.
s2 - kucha winning yet winner came from ogakor
s3 - samburu winning yet winner came from boran
s4 - rotu winning yet winner came from maraamu
s5 - sook jai winning yet winner came from chuay gahn

I agree!
Other benefits:
More food for less people
Get rid of dead weight or possible traitors
The challenges are done with an equal # of contestants.
So, assuming an early merge or trade, you still have your strongest (or slyest) people.
