And now I bid a fond farewell to Tai and Bruce. I knew they wouldn't make it to the final two but I loved them all the same. As John Nicks said, they were the sentimental favorite. And I thought Bruce skated quite well. I know I certainly couldn't have done even a fraction of what he did! And I really enjoyed seeing Tai skate. I remember totally loving her and being so excited when she was in Ice Capades. My family sat in the front row and I got to shake her hand.

Congratulations, Bruce. A real trooper. Never quite loosened up, but considering his age and no background in skating, he did an admirable job.

It's been interesting to see how the professional skaters have had to skate down to a lower level because of injury considerations, while the dancing professional on the other show have been able to pull the celebs up more to their level of skill. Still, we've seen some fairly decent skating.

I think that skating is just more injury-prone than dancing. It is amazing how many skaters have not been able to compete because of injuries. I am feeling so sad for Michelle Kwan.

And regarding Bruce, I was sad to see he and Tai go. I think that Bruce did an incredibly well, and of course Tai is awesomelly graceful. (I know, made-up word, but it fits.) He gave it his all and just didn't get quite up to where the other two pairs are, but he came pretty darned close. How sad to see him go!

I have always loved Tai and Randy and it broke my heart when they couldn't compete at the Olympics...... She is beautiful and I love to watch her skate - hopefully she and Randy will maybe come back at the end and skate together for all us fans.

I have to applaud Bruce for his tenacity and being such a good sport. I have to say that it was almost painful watching him skate though, with those knock knees of his. It made my knees hurt everytime they showed those knees together.

They also did a great job in their skate off & the death spiral was really impressive compared to the last one. Kudos.
