It starts with a simple task, kick the ball into the goal.

But some people can miss even a soccer ball!

They are to learn a Welsh poem, but the text I saw just looked like random letters to me.

But the canal bridge is neat! I don't believe have seem such a narrow and high one like it before.

Opps, I just missed the rainbow!

The text is right on the screen in front of me as the racers try to say the poem and I still can't read it.

But Brendon and Clarline(sp) get it on their second try.

Okay I know about shooting clay targets with a 12 gauge shotgun, but is boot throwing a real sport.

PS. Size of the boot is important - how much do you want to bet someone picks up the wrong size boots?

PSS. 16 targets must be shot, don't those guns have a good kick-back?

Country Singers are better than I thought they'd be with the skeet shooting.

No kidding. It looked more like an eye chart than a language for the poem. I've been to Wales twice and never had a clue what any of the words meant when I was there.

Jamal and Conner both get it on their fourth tries.

Looks like Jamal spent more time practicing his chest puffing and arm-flapping than actually memorizing the words. (And he got it on the fifth try)

Back into England to the Bolesworth Estate - really a spectacular place, but they went into Wales for such a short time, huh...

Nice touch with the stuffy period clothing fit for Downton Abbey for this detour.

Am I the only one here?

I just got internet this week and it seems there is no-one to share with.

Bummer.

PS. Phil just said the last to arrive will be out. Not may, will!

Didn't realize that it was at 7 pm up here north of the border this week... most of the others would be here at the usual time as it's on at 8 pm on CBS.

B & J just did the entire task with the wrong size shoes.

Leo& Jamal just arrived in last place and looked like they would lose for sure, but with this mistake they still have a fighting chance.

That was Brenchel...

#ReadYourClue. Rachel just gave her patented weeping look as they went back and searched for the correct boots.

Father and Son come in first, then the two girls.

B & J finish before L & J, but since D & C beat the girls to the finish line because the girls got lost this applies here.

And just to be evil I will not say who comes in last.

What gets me is that the girls would never make it to the top three if they did not get help from teams that are no longer in the race. Silly people.

Peckforton Castle is the site of the pit stop, a short drive from where the detour is.

Uhm, there's no B & J team.

1st - Dave/Connor (they win a trip for two to Fiji)
2nd - Caroline/Jennifer
3rd - Brendon/Rachel (with the latter whinging all the way to the end)
Philiminated - Leo/Jamal

Interesting quote from the Country Singers: "We haven't won a leg yet, and we're just saving up." A potential winner's quote?

Of all the people kicking the soccer balls, Connor is easily the worst of them all, even Caroline/Jennifer got the hang of it after a few kicks.

And? They're in Liverpool and there's nothing related to the Beatles? Really? They missed the boat there. They could have done the soccer part anywhere in England and just gone right to Wales, but they went to Liverpool solely for a soccer thing?

Wow, even without the Fab-4 they could have thrown in a music club as well.

As long as it is not singing!!!!

Interesting, I was just there last week. Wonder if I'll recognize any sites (beyond the obvious ones, of course).

Thank you, Earl and Pepe. I was on the road last night and haven't yet seen the episode, but I'm finally back home.
