I'm not going to go on a rant because I'm just not into that sort of thing. However, I do believe Randal's decision referred back to a personal grudge against Rebecca, or some other reason why he didn't like her (that we didn't see).Anyone else would have given the job to their opponent hands down unless they had something against the person going into it.
