Count me in as well...it was fun last year. Try to put me in earlier in the rotation if possible. I can write a week, but if there is sufficient interest to break it up into individual episodes (or even 2/1's) I'm happy to just do a single.

I will do more than one if need be. And I know some other peeps out there that would love to do them....

All this, of course, is contingent on my local morality board, I mean, CBS affiliate continuing to air Big Brother 4 throughout the summer. Since they have already deemed "Cupid" inappropriate because it's "demeaning to marriage", I'm wondering whether they'll try and tighten the Bible belt a little further. I doubt it, though, since they can only show so many "Andy Griffith" reruns per week without inciting a riot.

What's up with "Andy Griffith" -- they seem to use that EVERY TIME they don't show a program... do they own the rights of something? Or is that the director of programming's image of the perfect wholesome American show? Is "I Love Lucy" too racy for them?

...and what kind of ratings does the thing possibly get in primetime... I can just imagine the commercials that must be getting run with it!

Local flavor, and devotion to a local boy. Since Andy Griffith went to UNC, and Mt. Airy (the inspiration for Mayberry) is less than 2 hours away, there's more of a connection.

The funny thing is, TVLand has "Andy Griffith" on at 10pm too. I'm tempted to watch TVLand's episode just to really thumb my nose at them.
