I think Simon Cowell, American Idol, deserves a nomination for best villian, however he isn't a contestant. Can he be nominated?

Or, Paula Abdul as biggest waste of space?

Or Trading Spaces Ty Pennington as Male Hearthrob?

None of the above are the show's "hosts", nor are they "contestants". Are they eligible for nominations?

Simon and Paula would best fit into the "host" category (consider it to be "host/judge" -- last year I don't think their were any shows with judges)

Ty Pennington isn't a contestant so he can't go for Heartthrob

Oh well true. We know in our hearts that Ty is the biggest hearthrob out there
