"BTAR 17.1 - Merrye Olde England"

Welcome to Eastnor Castle, London England.

So glad to introduce you to the finer points of life here in Blighty - details like driving on the left, steering from the right, navigating Round-a-bouts and home to the friendliest peasants and most cooperative melons on the planet.

We also got to enjoy folks bobbing like corks in their turtle boats, frying clutches and getting flat tyres (Starshine -- is that the right spelling?).

In the There's Nothing New Under The Sun category, we had teams fussing and fueding with each other, forming alliances partnerships and generally getting lost needlessly.

Excuse me sir - Are you a battlement?

Maybe this cloth thing on a stick is a map to the flag.

London sure is a funny country, you think turtle shells are boats, and that bunch of rocks - why don't you tear it down and build a casino? It looks like it's falling apart anyway.

I'm glad there are some doctor ladies on the race - my hair may need medical attention. Or maybe one of those TV salesladies could recommend a good hair gel.

The "bunch of rocks" is a battlement, Nick. And no, that's not a person -- a battlement is a thing.

I think you need a good hair gel. No doctor can take care of your hair, though a good hair gel can.

Hey baby!

I feel stupid that we didn't see that flag. If only the battlements had helped us out a bit, we'd have been OK. Oh well, at least we weren't in last place.

Hey, Nat! We came in second! We came in second! Okay, so we lost first -- and the Express Pass -- because we weren't fast enough in the boats, but you don't have to win the first leg, just the last one. Still, I plan on us winning at least one leg!

Better yet, we didn't feud or fuss with each other nor did we get lost. We worked pretty well with Brooke & Claire too. Which reminds me -- I didn't see what happened with Claire but I sure heard about it! Poor Claire! I hope she feels much better soon!

Oh, Claire's fine, what's a watermelon or two in the face? Hey, they don't call it the Weakling Race ya know. It's really a credit to me for cheering her on, yep no dead air time with our team, did you hear me cheer her on and on and on and on?

True. Very true. The Amazing Race isn't a race for weaklings, that's for sure! I'm glad Claire's fine. Hopefully, neither of us will be facing elimination any time soon!
