I saw this TV movie last night and would like to give it my thumbs up. The very quick plot summary: Playboy and struggling a-list actor Ryan Banks is given a Bachelor-ish series of the title of this movie. A woman of modest background named Charlie is selected for the show, and everyone in power thinks she is going to win. But Charlie falls for someone else... and complications ensue.

Part of the reason why I was attracted to this movie is because of Jason Priestley (who played Ryan), Emma Caulfield (who played Charlie) and the 90210 connection. Jason looks very much the same as he did during the 90210 years, a decade or so ago. Emma's gone blond on me, but she and Jason seemed to work together here.

The movie has some neat twists and makes some funny statements about shows like these and the contestants who go on them. It will be rerun on ABC Family at 8 PM Eastern Time today, and probably some other times after that (but you'll have to check your listings for those).

For Alias fans out there, Will is on the show and looks awesome! He did better than Jason Priestly I thought. Good flick

I caught this movie by chance, and thought it was wonderful. I was laughing at how Todd kept giving Ryan lines to use on Charlie. I just pictured the producers of the Bachelor giving those lines to Bob...Jason Preistly was wonderful as Ryan.
If you're in the mood for a feel good movie, I highly recommend this one.
