When we last left the racers, everyone was no more than an hour apart, so the teams really don't need the next flight to bunch them. But they'll get it anyway.

Not in America. The opening credits just ran and we're in the first commercial break so 20 minutes late here. I blame the Ravens for asking for a review of a play.

Surfers and L&Z started an hour ahead of the other teams, after the plane flights they end up a whole hour behind four other teams. That is what you get if you don't ask about different flights first and take the first you are given.

Not learning how to use a compass, leads to a major problem.

The sailors get lost on the high seas while the football player gets lost on the way to the stadium!!!

Finishing order:
1-Andy/Tommy
2- Justin/Jennifer
3- Jeremy/Sandy
4- Laurence/Zac
5- Ernie/Cindy
6- Amani/Marcus
7- Bill/Cathi
8- Liz/Marie NEL (Guess they wanted to save the eye candy)

Andy & Tommy may as well start wearing signs that say "U-Turn us".

And did Bill actually say "Chop, Chop" to his cab driver? And did we really see more than half a second of Jeremy & Sandy?

Yes, $10K is hard to turn down but, if I were them, I'd hang back in the next few legs, making sure not to let too many teams get ahead but not staying in front either. Use the cyclist approach: Let the slower ones get up front and wait until it matters to surge ahead.

OTOH, if they are always in front, no one will ever be able to U-turn them!

Bill did say Chop, chop but Cathi was worse, saying he had a nice derrière.

I can't decide who is more annoying, Cathi or the twins. I was hoping for a double elimination not a NEL!!

Agree completely. I hate NELs on principle, and I was definitely ready to see the twins go home tonight.

Jennifer is far more annoying than the three of them combined.

Yes, the twins definitely deserved to go home, and Bill and Cathy should not be around, either. It's disappointing to see sub-par teams saved by NELs. Judging by the teaser, we'll see a few meltdown points next week.

welcome to the board Garibaldi.

I'm starting a thread over in TAR Fanatics about teams being sub-par - or not. Thanks for the idea.
Hope you join the discussion over there & share your thoughts.
