She should have kept the ring. A girl should never give back diamonds. But then again Jason likes to give jewelry and then take it back. Remember the blonde girl with the diamond necklace, he took it back. How tacky was that.

As to the expensive jewelry Natalie wore and other contestants have worn in past seasons, I do beleive that's only on loan.
But as to Melissa's engagement ring, laws governing such items vary from state to state depending on who broke up with whom,although in this case since the show essentailly bought the ring it doesn't go back to Jason but the show.

I agree but we're talking about a guy that obviously has ZERO class! I've lost all respect for Jason and I wish him and Moley lots of love...for the next 6 weeks.
