1 week down and tons more torture to look forward to.

Welcome to OR Welcome back to Hamster Phantasy!
...a game to play as a salve for what ails you, while stereotyping the newest season of Big Brother hamsters on your home screens.

If'n you've made an entry for a previous eviction you can skip over the next little bit down to the results/entry.
If'n you're new to the game let me explain a little bit first.

The cast will be known as hamsters and your job is to pick the best phantasy team of hamsters to help accrue the most amount of points by the end.
Each new player (you) will have a phantasy team roster with 4 slots available.
Pick the 4 hamsters that you think will help make you the most points.

The possible points are...

Wins Head of Household (HOH): 20 points
Is named MVP (MVP): 15 points
Wins Power Of Veto (POV): 10 points
Nominee who is Saved (SAVE NOM): 5 points
Nominee who is Evicted (EVICT NOM): 2 points
None of the above (FLOAT): -1 point

And as much like in the show, the promise being that "Floaters" will not win the game. They will not be receiving points in this game either.
So pick those hamsters whom you think will make the biggest moves.

Should be simple, right?

Well, the show also promises... "Expect the Unexpected" ...and I'd be irresponsible to not also state that I too believe in that motto.
I have the capabilities of throwing a few obstacles into the well worn paths from time to time. Stay vigilant.

1st Eviction Results
When I last left you, there was a tease about the front-runners for the first entry.
Well, here are the FULL results.
beginning with Hamster Totals:
McCrea: 30 (HOH&POV)
Elissa: 20 (MVP&NOM)
Candice ~ Jessie: 5 (Safe Noms)
David: 2 (Evictee)
everyone else: -1 (Floaters)

With basically 5 hamsters hogging all the points, it's not too strange to find only 6 phantasy players doing the same.

Congrats, Snidget! You got the biggest score for the 1st Eviction.

Deadline for entry: Thursday, July 11th @ 8pm BOARDTIME.
Okay, as promised I will be officially starting the season's first twist.
As usual, you will pick 4 hamsters.
However, the first hamster you list will be known as 'your MVP' and will receive an x3 multiplier to their normal points.
If this is the HOH, POV winner or MVP, great. If it turns out to be a floater, look forward to a -3.

Okay, to touch on the subject of leaving lists the same and hoping for some sort of bonus for doing so... not gonna happen.
I will continue to use your last valid list of hamsters but I will not be offering extra points for not amending/changing it.
I'm hoping for weekly participation and will be throwing in twists that will kinda require everyone to show up every week to assess their phantasy team.

OMGoodnessNO! I like giving nicknames. (or moreso shortening names)
It's usually because of my spreadsheet size. Longer names make ones like jbug look a bit...lost.
It's how Flowerpower became FloPo, DearAbby became D'Abby, SurvivorManiac became S'Maniac, personofinterest became P of I, Wallflower66 became BasbushkaWildfire....wait. That wasn't shorter, was it?

So would you rather I used RC? RoyalC? RCrown? or perhaps Royown?

I love being nicknamed; RC is fine, RCrown is okay, too. Or REBEL Crown. You might be recalling my story as to how I came up with my name (possibly being related to the British monarchy) with what you're calling me.

Then again, who knows? Maybe a pair of glasses is all we need!

Wow. I cannot tell you how long I have seen Rebel Crown and thought Royal Crown. Maybe it's the story or maybe because of RC Cola? Or more likely just the Crown Royal Whiskey I put with the RC cola.
I'm so sorry about that. I'm beyond embarrassed at the moment. I have to laugh at how strange my brain is at times.
Apologies, again. I like Rebel, we'll go with that for the spreadsheets.

Darn you, Tribe. Making me think. Hmmmm.... trying to think.

Anyway, missed the show last night due to power outage (anytime it rains in Ohio, I lose phone first, power second).

Hamster 1: Elissa (I am hoping that somehow she pulls through.)

Hamster 2: McCrae (just because)

Hamster 3: Helen (come on, win one)

Hamster 4: Jeremy (damn it, he probably can win a lot of these weird competitions)

I guess I can live with a minus three. Just have to go with what I hope happens ...

I had my entry typed out, I really thought I posted it. I must have hit preview insted of post, because it is not here. Bummer! Next week. Thanks for the fun game Sir tribe even though I have a hard time thinking a week ahead.
