Ok after today's let down after expecting Christina to get violent, here is my analysis or prediction of tomorrows spoiler.

Thursday, January 12, 2006 (Episode #3070)
The ladies wake up expecting a relaxing day, but Life Coach Iyanla forces them to get on the ball.

Translation: Iyanla makes them sit on bouncy balls like Kirstie Alley's Jenny Craig commercial

TJ continues to feel like an outsider after yet another heated argument with a housemate.

No translation there, she's still stewing over it.

One of the housemates steps on to the battlefield to regain control of her life, but Life Coach Iyanla does not believe she is making any progress.

Translation: The houseguests don boxing gloves and try to pound Christina's clay ball into submission but one weakling is unable to.

A romantic dinner ends in tears after TJ’s husband drops in for a visit.

Translation: Lisa's date stops in for dinner and then the camera cuts away to TJ tearfully greeting her hubby at the door. Lisa's date gratefully slips out the backdoor and escapes.

Thanks, I have learned that the promos are nothing more than BS for the sake of ratings.

Christina threw down her ball of clay and pounded on it a couple of times. Then she went off to pout on the stairs.

I think they should have given that episode an R rating for the violence <dripping sarcasm>
