About the Chinese thing, pay attention to her name: Ivana. That implies at least 2nd generation. She's not off-the-boat Chinese, so she won't necessarily share the same values that recent immigrants share. It's not racist to say that different groups have different values, but you have to learn a bit about them to know exactly which values they may have, because they differ. There's no reason I'd expect her to be very inhibited knowing what I know about Chinese-Americans in her situation.

Phcy, I'm with you. She's Chinese and there is nothing wrong with making assumptions regarding someone's heritage as long as it does not reflect them negatively, and yours did not. She is clearly Chinese, and I would consider it more unlikely for a chinese person to do something like this that a black, latin, or even white person. This, in my opinion, is a comment grounded in respect for the asian race.

Now back to spoiling. I found the censor spot strange. Usually it is a pixil distortion or a blur like Hatch in Survivor. This huge blue dot looked wierd. It made me think that she had something on underneath that wasn't that innappropriate, like shorts or guys boxers. This may have been a pre-planned gimick to sell their chocolate. Of course the previews will blur it out, just to keep us guessing and promote discussion so more people will watch on Thursday to see what happens. I cannot for one second believe that she was going commando, and if she even had skimpy panties on, they could have just blurred it instead of covered it completely with the blue dot. We'll see.

Although I don't think Carolyn will appreciate the stunt, I don't think it will be as risque as they are making us believe.

Also, from the way she speaks and the fact that she was given a Porsche for her 16th birthday, it seems that she's at least a second generation Chinese American.

Chinese people always have 2 names. A chinese name and an English one. So that does not necessarily mean she is 2nd generation etc. etc.
