I have watched SO since the begining. The first house in Chicago was awesome. My favorite person on the show was Brenda. I don't know how many of you remember her. My second favorite was Lori I really thought that the house helped her so much.

Last year I started to get upset with the cast. I disliked Denise and Tess. I thought that Hallie and her mom were really trying to grab attention.

Then season 3 happened. Guess what? I started to actually use what I learned. Things like, I am responsible for my own actions(not reactions). Know that the other person is speeking their own truth. And most important the way that you see yourself is different than how others see you.

Don't get me wrong. I have a lot of dislike for The Season 3 Girls (except for Niambi, Kim and TJ) but for me personally. I finally get it. (Took me 43 years)
