"Andy - the editing is misdirecting us from seeing him as winner."

Andy's team mates keep saying he's too young, and many of the posters through this forum keep dismissing him for his age. I think people are biting in Mark Burnett's well known misdirection techniques.

Trump has said many times that he kept the age limit for the show relatively young because "either you have it or you don't" and someone who hasn't really made it pretty quickly is never going to make it. The premise of the show is that he is looking for someone with the potential to be extraordinary. At one point George noted that he liked Andy and thought he had a lot of potential.

Despite the negative things said by his teammates, Andy has repeatedly been shown to be creative and resourceful. He's had many of the creative ideas. He found the new contractor on the house project. He appropriately kept telling Wes that he needed to control Maria. He was a very good PM on the NYPD project.

When questioned by Trump about his being quiet in the boardroom his response was superb.

From what I've seen so far in this game, this is a sorry bunch of candidates, but Andy stands out as being above the bunch. That he is young is actually a plus - it means Trump and his organization get to work with better "raw material." Everyone knows that the winner of this is not going to run anything without significant supervision.

I run a business and I have run significant units of a business, and twice I've had the experience of taking a talented young person in their early twenties, grooming them for major responsibility despite their lack of experience and seeing them blossom. From what we've seen on this show, so far Andy is the clear best of the bunch. I think the editing is deliberately misdirecting us so that it isn't so overwhelmingly obvious, but despite Trump and Caroline's comments, I think Trump is very interested in Andy.

A lot of people are saying that Andy will make the final four, but then lose the interview round.

However, I could see Trump saying, "Kelly - you're 15 years older than Andy and have more than a decade's worth of experience over him. Yet my people have unanimously said that Andy has consistently given more solid answers than you during the interviews. You're fired."

Probably won't happen, but I can always hope.

Well obviously Andy did not make it.
