Wow. What an episode. Loads of pathos. A wee bit of foreshadowing, even some musical cars. What more could we ask for?

Snarkiness.

So enjoy, friends, enjoy.

1. Just where did Dustin and Kandice & Rob and Kimberly learn their car thieving?

2. The Cho Brothers offered to “give up 1st place in a heartbeat” in order to save Team Kentucky. So what other ‘offers’ never made it on air?

3. Mary apparently learns all of her geography and history via movies (“all I know about Madagascar is from the cartoon”). So where does she learn reading and writing?

4. Dustin first offers her cabbie €5, then revises it to €20. What other economic mysteries is she yet to master?

5. How many times will teams run out of gas?

6. Describe the true taste of cow lips.

7. Be honest now, just how hot was Phil’s little dance with the Native Greeter?

8. How many times will teams run out of gas?

9. So, was he safe?

10. How many times will teams run out of gas?

Not only Ubiquitous, but Superfluous too!
OK, so I whimped out and repeated a little. Got the idea from EPBvM hisself.

I would have been here sooner but hubby commandeered the computer last night!

1. Just where did Dustin and Kandice & Rob and Kimberly learn their car thieving?

D&K - Comes naturally to them what with all that tiara-stealing, vaseline-stealing, shoe-swapping, dress-sabotaging, spotlight-hogging, etc., that goes on in the pageant world - what's stealing a car?

R&K - When you're as ugly as these two - what's stealing a car?

2. The Cho Brothers offered to “give up 1st place in a heartbeat” in order to save Team Kentucky. So what other ‘offers’ never made it on air?

- At the swim to and from the boat task the previous leg, they offered to hold Bama under water - that's why they waited around

- They offered to crush the blonds under all of those foam mattresses

- They offered to change the cow lip fast forward to the whole cow and cow feces

- They offered Phil a full-body Asian massage

- They offered to distract everybody and take off their shirts

3. Mary apparently learns all of her geography and history via movies (“all I know about Madagascar is from the cartoon”). So where does she learn reading and writing?

Readin' n' writin' ain't a necessary skill to work at McDonalds.

4. Dustin first offers her cabbie €5, then revises it to €20. What other economic mysteries is she yet to master?

The art of Phil - the sugar daddy.

5. How many times will teams run out of gas?

As many times as there are "edited to look like it's a tight race to the mat" clips.

6. Describe the true taste of cow lips.

The taste is pretty nasty. However, it's the experience of eating cow lips that's truly frightening which can only be described as having Peter constantly yelling in your ear, while you're trying your damndest to ingest these bovine appendages, "Hurry up!", "Eat faster!", "Go, Go!", "You can do it, sister!", etc.

7. Be honest now, just how hot was Phil’s little dance with the Native Greeter?

So smokin' hot that I have the inexplicable desire to play a round or two of golf.

8. How many times will teams run out of gas?

See 5 above.

9. So, was he safe?

Only safe after Phil gets his full body massage.

10. How many times will teams run out of gas?

*snort*

That famous movie, Gone After 60 Minutes.

2. The Cho Brothers offered to “give up 1st place in a heartbeat” in order to save Team Kentucky. So what other ‘offers’ never made it on air?
St. James' Place, Marvin Gardens, and a Get Out Of Jail Free card.

3. Mary apparently learns all of her geography and history via movies (“all I know about Madagascar is from the cartoon”). So where does she learn reading and writing?
Billy "Boogie" Worrell, a relative of Ernest. Here, he's filling in for Elvis at the Kentucky State Fair midway.

4. Dustin first offers her cabbie €5, then revises it to €20. What other economic mysteries is she yet to master?
How the "shock therapy" after Poland adopted a free market economy got foodstuffs back on the shelves, how Japan went from prosperity to recession, and how all those coins wind up between the sofa cushions.

5. How many times will teams run out of gas?
As many times as the government of Madagascar needs kickbacks taxes.

6. Describe the true taste of cow lips.
With or without the teef?

7. Be honest now, just how hot was Phil’s little dance with the Native Greeter?
I don't know, but Madagascar had its first reported flurries ever.

8. How many times will teams run out of gas?
Depends on how many cow lips they eat.

9. So, was he safe?
Yes, but then in a deleted scene, Earl Weaver came out and tore up a rule book in front of Phil, claiming that there was no rule saying David and Mary could try for another Fast Forward.

10. How many times will teams run out of gas?

They will keep doing it until someone makes the "diesel" mistake again.

>6. Describe the true taste of

I would have to defer to Bill Clinton on that one.

I would have to defer to Congressman Foley on that one.

Until teams learn to start carrying 3 ounces of gas with them just in case (3 ounces so they can get through airport security)

>9. So, was he safe?

No, he was out because you can't slide into first base.

They will keep running the tanks down to nearly empty at the end of a leg and then switch cars on the next leg.
