We are flying over the Agean sea and the islands of Greece that form the Sporades Archipelago.

We are headed for two small uninhabited islands off the coast of the island of Skyros. There, 22 Legendary Survivor players and 11 savvy RTVW posters will be challenging each other for the title of Sole Survivor.

The Survivors have been divided in two teams named for the island on which each will be living.

The Nachos tribe will wear Yellow. They are:

Interesting. I can see some easy victims who I'd love to get rid of in the first episode -- from both tribes! I'd sure like to see Katie get the boot from Nachos and Susie get it from Doritos!

I am wondering if this rule should be changed:

5- Everyone will have a vote at every Tribal Council except the F2.

To be honest, I never thought we would have 11 players, I was wondering if we would even get to 8. When I wrote that rule, I had two goals in mind: Keep everyone participating (that's also why the Survivor-less players will still be able to play the immunity challenges) and to keep it friendly. The jury was going to have a say in who makes it to the end.

I was expecting it to have a limited impact: A group of 4 or 5 players would still determine the vote until F4 but it would get tricky after that. Now, the jury's vote will outweigh the remaining players as soon as F6 which wasn't the intent of the rule. We can still play that way, we could change it and do it like the real thing with the jury observing the vote or we could give each juror "half" a vote.

Please let me know what you think but I wouldn't want to impose a change at this stage if you are uncomfortable with it. I feel that it has to be unanimous, like a "give up immunity" decision so, to avoid debates, you can PM me your opinion.

For this challenge, you will be divided like this:
Nachos: CT Girl, Corvis, Spot, Jbug, Krissmiss and Taffnic
Doritos: Belle Book, Tribephyl, Suzzee, Georgianna and Agman

The challenge is for immunity and is called “You have to Dig Deep” and it will be done by PM. Do Not Post the answers here!

Greece is a place where you can find incredible archeological treasures if you know how and where to dig.
The RTVW archives also have some “treasures” that you can unearth.
I will ask you to dig in the archives to answer the following questions:

1) In the Bashers Archives: Who wrote the official Summary for Episode 7 of season 12, Exile island and what was the title?

2) In the Spoilers Archive: Who wrote the SOTS (State Of The Spoiling) for Episode 5 of Season 8?

3) In the Fanatics Archive: Find the “Rank All Winners and Seasons” thread that was posted after season 11 in which I wrote a post titled “Scorecard” that launched the wars between me, Iltarion and Aruba:

I will need to receive PMs containing the link with your answer but each of you can only unearth ONE item. You can however help the other members of your team and get them to post the right answer.

The team that answers all three questions first or the one with the most answers will win immunity.

Belle Book has won an advantage for this challenge so I will be sending her some coordinates right after posting this.

Yes, the division was only for the challenge. You are all marching into TC.

The next challenge will have a new random division.

I only had 3 PMs for the rules revision I proposed, all saying they are fine whichever way the majority goes so I have no majority. Therefore, I am proposing to give all the future jury members half a vote starting at F11.

That way, everyone will be voting as promised but the jury will only count for 3 votes at F5. The half votes could eventually be a tie-breaker and, what I like is that, at F3, the jury will be able to save their favorite out of the 2 players without immunity.

The F3 challenge should therefore be reserved for the three remaining players only.

Is everyone OK with this? Let me know.

Let me try again! Once we get to F11 and players get eliminated, they will still be able to vote as promised but their votes will only count for half a vote.

For example: At F10, I will receive 10 votes from the remaining players and 1 from the first juror. If the players split their votes 5-5 then the juror's half vote could break that tie.

When we reach the F5, meaning 6 players will be on the jury, their half votes will count for a maximum of 3 votes. The F5 could still control the vote by putting 4 votes on one player.

Are you Ok with that?

When we get to the F2, the two players who have gotten their Survivors to the end will be revealed and they will plead their case to get the votes. The 9 jurors will ask them one question each and then will vote for one or the other.

But, yes, until the F2, everyone will vote to eliminate Survivors, the players still in the game getting a ful vote while the ones on the jury getting half a vote each. That is if no one objects.

Everyone will have a player left when we start the jury because, when you get one voted out early on, I will give a secret immunity to your other player. All votes cast against that player will be voided.

But yes, when we start eliminating each of your 2nd Survivor, you will wind up on the jury where you will still participate in the challenges and still vote at TC. If you win immunity, you will be giving it away to one of the remaining Survivors. The jury will not participate in the F3 challenge however.

At F2, the two players who have a Survivor remaining will plead their case to the 9 others. The jury will then each ask a question and vote for the winner.

It's not a blonde moment, it's that I like to make it complicated!

For example, as a consequence of these rules, we will reach F12 with 10 immune Survivors! One of you will still have two players left and will be forced to sacrifice one. That person will have a chance to protect their favorite of the pair by winning immunity and giving it to that Survivor or by directing the vote to the one he/she wants to sacrifice.

At F11, the game will truly start because then you will all have 1 player left. Until then, it's more like a get-to-know each other and planning ahead. That's why it will be two eliminations per round for the upcoming challenges.

I will be sure to repeat the peculiar rules as we go along. For now, you all have to vote for two Doritos and send me your votes by PM.

I've been trying to figure out how to vote too.
Unlike many here, I do not remember all these survivors? Thank goodness Michel gave us pictures; but TBH? even with pics, some of these are completely unknown to me! LOL
I started watching season 4 I think; I bought the original on DVD so I've seen Hatch's season.
But I haven't seen Australia or Africa; I only know Colby Donaldson from the all star season. During all stars I didn't know all about Jeri & why everyone hated her so much

So, I may just have to vote for the ones that I don't know so at least as they game goes on, there will be survivors that I know

First, I want to tend to some rules business: Since I received so few comments, I decided to make an executive decision and made a few changes to the rules: The merge will be at 12, the jury will vote until the end but a juror's vote will only count for a half vote and the jury will not play in the F3IC. If you have concerns or don't agree with this, please send me a PM and we will see what can be done.

Now, to the vote (which I thought I had already posted but it seems I never pressed "Post"!

Michel: I plan to start ... on Thursday the 26th of April at 8:00PM EDT (Survivor’s real time slot!) by posting the first Immunity Challenge. The plan would be for me to post the result of that challenge on Friday evening and then give you until Sunday to deliver your vote. The next challenge would be on Monday at 8:00PM, the results on Tuesday, the 2nd TC would be open until Thursday 8:00PM which would also be the time that I would post the 3rd IC. The pattern would repeat until the F2.
