Just came by this article on Netscape. So would this equate to a network change as well? I don't understand the implications.

This has more detail, but it looks like the overseas version? Is it produced by the same people in the us?

I don't know that it would mean they change networks, it probably depends on the contract between See-BS and whoever is producing it now in the US.
