during the episode someone said he was 6'5" but when he walked out and shook julies hand he wasnt much taller than her-- how tall is she 5'2" ? with her heels 5'5" ?

According to the link below, she's 5'7". With big heels, that could push her up to 5'10".

They could have fitted her with longer legs for that episode.
