Only when we are talking about the women.
Old woman is probably 30's, but a man in his 40's isn't ever old.( Can't help it, still excited about BB starting soon!)

This list is a fake.But to paraphrase...
"I find the internet very amusing," Kass said. "No one on our cast is listed here and I never even interviewed any of these people. (It is) completely made up, but interesting!"
