I didn't think it was vicious. I prefer to call it "brutally honest". I thought it was great to call Booger out on all his nasty little remarks. And, it was awesome to smear the truth all over Erika's face. Maybe now, she will get a clue!
my fav part was seeing boogie TOTALLY ignore erika after he won the money and grab his family as if "that thing" was not standing right near him..she looked like she was trying to figure out what to do.
oh well..she still doesn't believe he used her....i know that.
mollytv
Eh, he won, she lost. Why the need to be "brutally honest" and "smear" it all over her face? For the drama and ratings? We know it's too late for that to help. It just seemed mean-spirited to me.

Because it was embarrassing for both of them. Erika should be embarrassed for allowing Booger to treat her like that. But, Booger should be equally embarrassed for being so nasty about it. It's not even the fact that he played her, since this can be justified as part of the game. What I find really disgusting about Booger is all the unnecessary insults he threw at her in the Diary Room. I think it was awesome that the producers threw that back at him. He was clearly uncomfortable with them airing his dirty laundry.
Not surprising that Marci doesn't vote for Boogie. I hope we get to see the last 2 votes.I didn't like either of the F2, but Boogie deserved the title 100 times more than Scrubika. I can't believe she was trying to turn her ho-ness into "strategy" to get to F2. Didn't anyone believe it? Didn't think so.
its sooo killing me to say this...but boogie deserved it after all the articulate points he made...and um...erika stammering and making stuff up....no way.
Mike had the perfect opportunity to throw Erika a bone by taking her to Aruba and passed on it. How funny is that?
Even funnier Jani walks away with more money than Erika.
Thank you for all the spoilers tonight! Did they show Janelle when she won the America's Choice? What was her reaction.
Typical Jani. Big smile, kisses all around, thanks to America.
lol...and i just knew chicken george thought he was going to win!
did will think he was going to win?? or did he mean "everyone is from chilltown"?
The show tonight made me sick!! How cruel can CBS be?? Why on earth would they show Erika all the terrible things said about her by Mike?? Was it just to humiliate her?? And, why only point out the things James said about Janelle? Why not point out the fact that Will was pretty cruel in the things he said about Janelle as well....and speaking of Janelle, let's show the entire house all the terrible things "Saint Jani" said about them. She acted worse than anyone when she first went to sequester. How old is she??? She was acting like a 10 year old who didn't get her way. But, I did love the fact that Will seemed to be melting into the arm of the couch to get away from her. But, America rewards the "classy" Janelle with the $25,000.00. Please, Give me a break. The only one showing less class tonight than Janelle was Mike when Julie announced he'd won. He never said a word to Erika...it was all about the Booger...this season sucked. I'm ready for Survior. These people have had their 15 minutes....for 72 days...now, they need to get a life, or in Janelle's case...a new "sponsor"!!!!There, I've said my peace, and I'm off to begin my new life as well!!!!
I agree. They have to let Kaysar tell Janelle James said cruel things, she mentions he's whinny. But let's not talk about things she said about people, including her beloved Howie. I don't like Janelle. She won comps, but she, like Booger, let Will make her decisions for her. I really don't see how people think she is such a great player.
We knew America would vote for Janelle as CBS came up with last minute game piece when it became apparent that two lesser love hamsters would be in the final two. They knew people would vote and like I said last week, they got more than enough votes at 50 cents each to give her the money and probably pay for Boogie and Erica winnings too.
Of course they will never reveal how many votes she got, but then again she won other competitions too based on times that the CBS edited enough so that no one really knew who won those either.
Congrats to Boogie for winning, but he needs to split that money with the doctor as they played the whole house from week 2 on.
Time until someone starts an incredibly insulting thread on Bashers containing suggestions for what Janelle can do with the jury prize: not very long at all.
We know Erika is getting therapy with her money.
I don't know if Erika is smart enough to realize that she need therapy but here's hoping that she does!
Fembots
by Tribe: L.O.J., One for all, all for Janelle!
Janie wins the 25k -- not a surprise & as an LoJ, YAY!! Janie deserved it (though I didn't vote, because I'm against wasting my money on stupid text votes to make anyone else richer but myself )Now I can get ready for my fave reality show, Survivor. See you all on the Survivor Boards!!
West Coaster --
Great to know Janie wins 25K.
No reason for me now to watch this episode - I hate that the 2 Bottom-Feeders were the last two standing.
Off to a more pleasant Dancing With The Stars.
Marcellus was the only one to vote for Ericka. Jani won the 25,000. Of course America's Choice.
Ali was harsh but I'm glad she told the truth. "take the money and go buy yourself some dignity" I could not agree more. Not sure she should've said it though.
Also Kaysar called out James for all the cruel things he said about Jani. James said he had already apologized to Jani. (I guess he apologized in the sequester house) footage was shown and the audience was shocked.
Mr. and Mrs. Smith were exposed as being TRUE. Jase and Diane admitted they WERE Mr. and Mrs. Smith.
It was fun to watch.
Tomorrow Janelle will be on The View. Boogie and Ericka will be on the Early Show. ANyone know about any other appearnaces?
Earlier on the live feeds Boogie said he was flying out somewhere tonight. I'm not sure where.
Boogie and Erica were told they would also be on the View. I hope they decided to have Janelle on instead of them. Rosie posted on her blog that she is so addicted to this show. This is the first time she has watched it and she said she was going to rent all the other season. So it should be good tomorrow because she will have good questions for Janelle.
I for one, was a bit bummed they didn't show Skankika ALL the things booger said....she deserves to see what she got paid for.....
Janelle actually walked off with a bit more money than Ericka. 30,000 for sequester and 25,000 for Jury award=55,000. Ericka only got 50,000. Neener, Neener, Neener!!!!!!
Janelle needs the extra $5 grand to buy herself a brain. Them things are expensive.
>Janelle needs the extra $5 grand
>to buy herself a brain.
> Them things are expensive.
>
As opposed to Erika, who needs to buy herself a brain, a personality, a healthy dose of self esteem, and some dignity. I hope she can cover all that with her $50K.
I probably liked Erika the least of anyone in the house. But what CBS did to her was incredibly cruel. There was no need to do that to her on live tv. Her family and friends could have told her about Boogie's treatment privately so she could have a real reaction and throw things around and scream and vent. I didn't care for her game play, thought she was pretty dumb and manic in the last few days, but I have to give her a world of credit for how she handled the humiliation.True BB fans would have watched the finale with or without the humiliation. The fact that they went all Jerry Springer makes me sad. As another poster mentioned above, they didn't bring out ALL of the OTHER houseguests horrible comments. Why focus on Erika (and to a lesser degree, what James said about Janie...but that is like a backfire because they knew Janelle was America's Favorite - so it only made James look bad).
I am just disappointed in the mean-spirited way they did this show tonight.
You reap what you sow.I thought Erica handled it well, but I also thought it was funny as heck. She made her bed.
Thanks Tribe!
She made her bed.And she let Booger waller all over in it.
Thanks, I was beginning to think I was the only one that enjoyed it. Boogie got BB to do his dirty work, so maybe the little troll really did deserve to win. They told Erika she was played instead of him having to. Then, since she already knew, he could throw her aside as soon as he won.I did think Boogie also seemed uncomfortable watching the tape of him trashing her.
I can't wait to watch these two on the shows tomorrow. They'll do the morning show and the View. Then Thursday they do Housecalls. Anything else?
I'm setting my Tivo for the Early Show and the View. Should be good.
You're right MandyM and did you see, they did not hug each other and he was just waiting by the door like it was on fire without even looking at her. Terrible. After what was exposed HE should've hugged her and congratulated her. I could tell she was bummed because she made no attempt to hug him either.
Therapy is going to be very costly for her. She'll never live it down.
Having said that; she did behave in a most shameful way. even though she didn't deserve the public humiliation.
Who knows, maybe this total humiliation will be the best thing for Scrubika . . . my guess is, her family & real friends have been trying for years to help get Erika to gain self-respect, dignity, better taste in men, her priorities straight, etc, etc. Maybe having this all memorialized on video, shown all over for everyone to debate & pity & be disgusted by, Erika will finally wake up and make some changes. I'm just looking & the bright side.
You're right, Erika did behave shamefully, but, it takes two, she wasn't alone in her actions. That's the double standard working at it's best. Like I said earlier, Mike is the most classless human being on the planet. He never even looked at Erika after being name the winner. He may have the money, but he'll never have class. He should be the one who's ashamed, and his family should be by his actions in the house and his obvious lack of respect for women. The biggest disappoint is CBS for allowing this all to go down.
>You're right, Erika did behave shamefully, >but, it takes two, she wasn't alone in her actions. That's the double standard

I AGREE with you 100%... very 'Jerry Springer' show last night.
I was grossed out at the way they humiliated the girl in front of her family.. Its not like she wouldn't have watched the show and have been humiliated anyway..
AND to add insult to injury, Boogie won BECAUSE of Erika and he couldn't even shake her hand. He's despicable
O she most certainly DID deserve that public humiliation! As others have said, she made her bed. She KNOWS that everything they say and do is going to be viewed by the public.I enjoyed watching everything that Boogie said and did to her. She DIDN'T deserve to be in the final two and Boogie ONLY took her because he couldn't be Janelle. Not because of some pact they had or any feelings that she thinks Boogie has for her.
She should feel embarrassed, ashamed and hope that 50K will be put to good use in therapy.
You know at first I thought it was lousy to display those tapes publicly and especially catching her off guard. And actually, it was lousy....but I lost a lot of the "humilated for her" feeling when she responded as though it was just a game yada yada...I mean...as much as I thought Ali was a little sour grapes with her ruthless slam to Erika.....she wasn't wrong. Erika lacks dignity. Which is why I couldn't stay hurt for her long....I know this is the most overused and worst rationale....but when you sign up for a summer on national tv....not once but twice....you gotta expect some nasty humilation
I couldn't agree with you more. Instead of showing that they could have actually had a comment from the Boogey and Erika once they took a step into the free world. To have such a low life like Allison do it was just a kick in the shorts. Also why is Marcellas so unhappy? If it was the sunniest day of the year he would be pissed off. Mike handled the interview questions very well especially when he went on how Janelle you inspired me, Marcellas you ....etc. Good for you Boogie. I still wouldn't be stopping by Erika's house for dinner without bringing your own food!
i agree....and i cringed when howie told erika all of america hated her...soooo cruel...
ITA. I was sickened by what they did to her. Totally unnecessary and not really all that entertaining. Just humiliating. I felt awful for her.
The high point of the show (other than Janie winning the AC prize) was the Will/Booger DR phone call montage. I was LMAO!!!!

Don't know why Kayser had to point out James' comments about Janie. Unnecessary cruel comments from him and Allison, and from CBS to show the Boogers>comments about Erika on the live show was not necessary. The phone comments in the diary room from Chilltown were the classic moments from BB 7.The rest of the season was a disapointment even though I saw every episode. Too many BBsixers in the house. Maybe 2 from each season would have been better. Maybe Will Mega from BB1 or Marvin from BB5 would have added some additonal drama or controversy in the house.
I am sure that Maggs and Yapril fom BB6 are scratching their heads again as to why AMerica is so in love with Janelle!!
Now let's get on with TAR & Survivor!
An arkiegrl siggie
Actually Kaysar didn't say anything cruel at all. He just said that someone came into the house with a chip still on their shoulder. Chenbot was the one that made it cruel by showing Jame's diary sessions. In fact, she started the whole thing by making sure to point it out, foul language and all to Kaysar when he got evicted. Now Aliwhore, that was a different story altogether. She made her comments and then Chenbot backed them up with footage. I'm guessing no one on the jury would have said anything so chenbot went to aliwhore who would do anything for more airtime.
Wow! I thought that was as good an hour of reality tv as I've ever seen. The opening conversations at the jury house about who should win was riveting...something we rarely have gotten to see in the past on any show..in fact, I dont think we;ve ever seen anything that detailed before.Bringing in the non-jury and having them reveal who was an @ss in DR was great TV...watching Jase/Diane make complete asses of themselves and being called out for it by Julie was hilarious.
Watching James squirm was great.
Watching Erika almost want to kill herself as all thje Boogie stuff was shown was downright cringe worthy....and how funny was it that she almost didn't come out to greet the live audience.
The jury was the most informed mature jury I've ever seen, aside from self centered Marcellus. Not one person took into account who needed the money more which was great to see since this isn't a telethon.
Just an amazing episode.
I pretty much said the same thing here: http://community.realitytvworld.com/boards/DCForumID9/1035.shtml#5Although I don't think you'll agree about the Janelle part.
Thanks Tribe!
MOST. SHOCKING. MOMENT. EVER.I agree with Shakes.
My first Tribephyl siggie!or should I admit that this isn't the only time I've agreed him?
I agree. Couldn't have asked for more in a finale. Well..that's not entirely true....different final 2 would have been great..But the jury was great...the confrontations were great. I didn't have that long to feel badly for Erika because she came up with the lamest remarks when showed what Mike said about "using her up...and her being a HO"......If she just said "that sucks...what a scumbucket" that would have been better than defending him or acting like it was jsut a casual relationship...But yes...great finale. How do you get into Dancing with the Stars after this....Summer is officially over!
Erika told Janelle that they were being 'played'...so she knew. You also have to know that if you're on TV swapping spit in a game where lies are the rule....ya might get used/lied to!so no, I don't feel bad. She got humiliated as a dumb 'easy' girl and he got humiliated as a slimy 'player' boy...boohoo hoo....they can both cry all the way to the bank....
Boy did Rosie O'Donnel give Boogie a hard time. She didn't even want to sit next to him and ripped him a new one regarding his behavior. Funny as hell...LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah, and when he mentioned that he'd given the car to his Mother, Rosie said "Your Mother must be so embarassed by you. I'm sure she's a lovely woman, but I'll bet she doesn't want to go outside and let anyone know you're her son" or something like that. Then she called him out on acting like a 12 year old and on and on.... It was fantastic!
Geez, I expected to see some serious thought here.Look, there wasn't any question that Boogie deserved to win. But the real question is why everyone allowed themselves to be played by CT. Instead of that, BB engaged in some selective name-calling (can't make Janelle and Kaysar look bad, you know, and we know the fans don't like Erika and James, so let's pick on them!).
Did we discuss that? No. Not for one second.
FWIW, the only person who I saw with a sensible answer to that question was Dani. She said that she learned right away that there was an alliance between BB6 and CT, and she didn't see any way to survive other than joining up with Will, despite the risks entailed by that strategy.
Will said before the show that Janelle was the HG "most likely to fall in love with him." Had Will actually strategized the plan of aligning with BB6 and the start and then picking them off one by one until he got Janelle alone before he even got in the house? It sure seems that way to me. That's why he made the pre-show alliance with Kaysar. Why not ask Kaysar about the folly of making a pre-show alliance with the biggest double-crosser in BB history?
I spent a few days this last week watching these two delusional fools (Boogie and Erika) talk about what a great game they played. I saw Boogie say to Erika that Will wasn't the brains of CT -- he was, and that's why he was still around and Will was gone. So why just pick on Erika? You think there's anyone in America except Boogie who believes that he was the brains of CT?
In short, there were lots of ways to mock each of the HGs. So why center on just James and Erika? Because the LoJ saw them as the two who most betrayed the beloved Janelle, that's why.
So, shakes, I guess your true LoJ allegiance came out at the end.
Oh, and the best reality TV show finale ever was The Mole 2. Even after everything, a shocking number of the contestants didn't realize that Bill was the mole, and the montage of people saying things like Bill couldn't be the mole for such-and-such reason was great. I pasrticularly enjoyed the footage of Darwin convincing the others that Bill wasn't the mole. And yet they weren't doing it just to mock Darwin; that was for us on the net to do.
But to each his own. I'll let you go back to hanging out with Toni Ferrari.
Geez, Ayak, I don't know what you were expecting, but you must've forgotten that this was a reality show, not a senate investigation commission.Did they cover everything I would've liked for them to cover? No.
Did they cover much more and reveal much more than any other reality show finale in history? Yes.
Face it, this was the most indepth, revealing, cringe worthy finale in history, depite the fact that they let Janelle sail through wihtout getting called out on anything. As for calling out Kaysar? I don't know what they would've used on him since he didn't do or say anything relevant the entire show.
Wait a sec..."So why center on just James and Erika? Because the LoJ saw them as the two who most betrayed the beloved Janelle, that's why."
I don't think I understand why Erika and James are being "centered on" and how Janelle and Boogie are not. The same thing happened to Mike, as did to James (both being called out on national television, and looking like asses), and Janelle probably felt embarrassment in a similar way that Erika did (though admittedly not as badly, since Erika's humiliation was self-inflicted IMO).Wouldn't it be fair to say that the four of them, all had the same attention given them, the only difference being that the viewers enjoyed watching their least favorite HGs squirm, a little more?

You took the words right out of my mouth. It's so funny how the LoJH blame everything on Janie. If Erika has no self esteem and runs back to Boogie after figuring out that he was playing her, then it must be Janelle's fault. Puhleeze! Boogie and Erika were embarrassed because they behaved like asses on national tv, and they brought that on to themselves. And, James... don't even get me started on that dirt bag. He deserved to get called out on his lies. By Danielle's own admission, she created her alliance with James on day 2 (i think she's lying and they actually formed their alliance pre-season). So, it wasn't because of Janelle that he jumped ship from the Sov alliance. He was already planning on doing that. He just used Janelle as an excuse.
It's so funny how the LoJH blame everything on Janie. If Erika has no self esteem and runs back to Boogie after figuring out that he was playing her, then it must be Janelle's fault.Unfortunately, you didn't post this on the same day as shakes, so his post #81 gets to keep his distinction for that day.
Where did I ever say that the fact that Erika was a worthless tool was Janelle's fault? Only someone from the LoJ would make such an absurd claim.
Janelle is no more at fault for Erika being a worthless tool than Erika is at fault for Janelle being a worthless tool.
Boogie and Erika were embarrassed because they behaved like asses on national tv, and they brought that on to themselves.
When was Boogie embarrassed during the finale? I missed that part. Could you point it out, when you find it? If it had been there, I would have felt differently about the finale, but it wasn't.
And, James... don't even get me started on that dirt bag. He deserved to get called out on his lies. By Danielle's own admission, she created her alliance with James on day 2 (i think she's lying and they actually formed their alliance pre-season).
Now we're back to made-up stuff. Danielle said she formed her alliance with BOOGIE on Day 2. James and Boogie don't look much alike.
And the only two pre-show alliances that I'm aware of were "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" and Kasysar and Will. Of course, they all knew each other pre-show, and James said he'd always admired Dani, but there wasn't any indication of a pre-show alliance. In fact, Dani asked James during the Legion of Doom's glory days about whom he would have approached when he wanted to split from BB6 if she hadn't been there.
So, it wasn't because of Janelle that he jumped ship from the Sov alliance. He was already planning on doing that. He just used Janelle as an excuse.
If you can finds some confirmation of this other than your intuition, then I'll listen. But James talked several times about how much he liked Kaysar and Howie. He just hated Janelle, and clearly he hated her IRL too. If she hadn't been around, I expect that James would have stuck with BB6.

Ayak,
As far as Boogie is concerned, I would assume that being called out on all his trash-talk on national television must have been pretty embarrassing. It seemed to me that Boogie looked very uncomfortable while the footage of his DR was being aired. I don't think he was expecting that stuff to be shown during the finale. So based on that alone, I'm assuming that he was embarrassed. If he wasn't embarrassed, he should have been. What he said about Erika was very cruel. When it comes to James, I have no reason to make up stuff about him. It was Danielle who said that she hooked up with James on either the first or second day. I didn't make that up. I read it on hamsterwatch and I saw it on clips posted on youtube. If I get around to find the links, I'd be happy to post them for you. Until then, we can agree to disagree as far as James' loyalties are concerned.
And as far as Janelle is concerned, it was you who stated that Erika and James were singled out in the finale because the LoJ see them as the ones that betrayed Janelle the most. I made my comment about the LoJH simply to exagerate the absurdity of your claim. First of all, show me evidence that the producers targeted Erika to satisfy the LoJ. I can understand your rationale when it comes to James. But, Erika's actions with Boogie have nothing to do with Janelle or the LoJ. Isn't it perhaps more plausible that the producers targetted Erika simply because she was delusional the entire season and she gave them plenty of cringeworthy material?
In short, there were lots of ways to mock each of the HGs. So why center on just James and Erika?First of all, it was only an hour show, and they couldn't call out every.single.thing. Erika was focused on because she was final 2, if Jani had been final 2, they would have focused on her. Same with Boogie (who was called out plenty) and Will.
As far as James goes, he was part of the biggest alliance on the show that failed. His part in that failure took up a huge amount of the season, and it was only natural that Kaysar would want to call him out. The rest of the non-jury people didn't have anyone to call out, and the rest of the (non jury) time was spent on the who-cares M&M Smith bit. Allison called out Erika because she was final 2, and they have a personal history of hating each other.
Because the LoJ saw them as the two who most betrayed the beloved Janelle, that's why.
LMAO! I hate to break it to you, but you are more obsessed with Janelle than most of the LoJ are. Sure, I'd have like to have seen Jani and Will called out on their behavior, but the show was mostly about the final 2 as it always has been. Now, if they'd do a reunion type show, or town hall as they've done in the past, I think you'd have a point, but as it was, the finale was a nice balance of the major plot points of the season, focusing mostly on the final 2.
I should first state that I didn't see the finale so can't state how the show did something or didn't do something. But I did watch the rest of the season and some important details are being left out.Like these two posts about Kaysar:
>>>>>>>When it comes to James, I have no reason to make up stuff about him. It was Danielle who said that she hooked up with James on either the first or second day. I didn't make that up. I read it on hamsterwatch and I saw it on clips posted on youtube. If I get around to find the links, I'd be happy to post them for you. Until then, we can agree to disagree as far as James' loyalties are concerned.>>>>>>>>>
and this one:
<<<<<<<> As far as James goes, he was part of the biggest alliance on the show that failed. His part in that failure took up a huge amount of the season, and it was only natural that Kaysar would want to call him out>>>>>>>>>>
Okay, first of all the first post leaves out the fact that it is also widely reported that Will stated he had an alliance with Kaysar before they came into the house. So everyone was looking to make side alliances.
Next, if Kaysar wanted to blame anyone, he should have looked directly into the mirror. First, he forms an alliance with Will. Next, he and Janelle make the stupidest mistake in Big Brother history in actually believing Will's nonsense about "floaters" being the biggest threat in the game. Obviously the biggest threats in this game were the BB6 alliance (which was doomed because of Kaysar's and Janelle's stupidity and egocentricity) and the CT alliance. But Kaysar and Janelle readily and happily shifted their focus from the real threat of getting rid of known alliances (CT) to this psychobabble that Will thought up to take the heat off of CT. After that bonehead move, everything was history for BB6. Including most certainly Janelle's stupidest mistake (which is hard to pick since there were so many) which was not getting Boogie and actually aligning herself with Heckel and Jeckle.
Even if BB6 layers had side alliances, it was this adherence to a non-strategy that was the downfall ... and Kaysar and Janelle were the puppets to dance to Will's tune.
Next point.

Gee, let's see ... a bimbo sitting around telling everyone about how she's had freaky sex with everyone ... don't know where they got the idea she's promiscuous or done anything that others haven't, I'm saying that if you don't want someone to know something ... keep your mouth shut! It's not important that she brag to people she's known for five minutes about these types of encounters.
As far as the show goes, they always cast people in roles. Plus Janie Bird Brain had just won the $25,000 (Great! Can just see the foxes being slaughtered now so she can satisfy her vanity and wear them over her humongous behind - furs only add to one's girth, Janelle. And how many need to die to fit over those hips?) so naturally they wouldn't sling mud on her. Of course, they could have shown her pouting and having a snitty fit while lying yet again about not taking her hands off during the endurance competition. Anyone remember that? And lying just comes so naturally to her. She just sat fuming and lying over and over again about not taking her hands off. Think that was as close to the real Janelle that BB is going to allow anyone to see.
As for the rest of it, the final 2 are always gone over pretty roughly. Remember Jun being called out on nonsense when she played a pretty honorable game. I remember during the season, she even got in trouble for telling the truth to one of her fellow housemates. She never made that mistake again.
As for this season I can only sum it up to say that all the good feeling I had toward Kaysar, Janelle and Howie vanished.
"Familiarity breeds contempt."
And Will really didn't deserve to win due to his somewhat maniacal compulsion to torture Janelle. It's weird that he was judging her and wanted to almost punish her. He veered from the game plan to do it and got his hand caught in the cookie jar. He lost the game due to it while Boogie never lost focus even if he did play a somewhat dirty game. Hate to say it, but Boogie really did deserve to win.
Ciao everyone. Til next time.
