These are simply guesses; I have no nonpublic knowledge.

1) Will President Logan kill Martha?

No. But I tend to think that, just when Henderson thinks he's gotten away with it all, Martha will shoot him. We won't find out whether Logan makes it this year, similar to the poisoning of Palmer at the end of season 2, but Logan should at least be replaced by the VP.

They've made it perfectly clear that Logan loves his wife, for all of his other faults; I can't see him killing Martha.

I think Jack's going to have to stop Bierko from stealing a nuclear warhead off a Russian submarine with the use of the last canister of nerve gas. I think Christopher Henderson may try to help Jack but get killed in the process.

(note: The idea that there is a Russian nuclear sub in the Port of Los Angeles comes from the famous "Czar" from the "24 Insider" board, discussed in other threads.)

2) Will Aaron kill Logan?

No. Logan will live and be back in season 6 (although the ending won't make that clear), albeit not as president.

3) Will Miles die or escape?

Neither. He'll stay in place to sabotage Jack again next season. No, of course he'll be found out as soon as Chloe says that Miles said Karen sent him in, and Karen says, "No, I didn't." But he's not going anywhere, unless CTU uses him to approach Logan. He's not a field agent.

4) Will Sec of Defense Heller be killed since he heard the recording?

No. Heller will be back in season 6.

5) Will Kim return to the show?

Not in season 5. But in season 6, yes.

6) Will Audrey die?

No.

7) Who will Jack kill, if anyone?

Probably Bierko, for one.

I'm confident in two of these answers. I could be 180% off on the rest.
