Well, they all started at the same place and time. So I can't see why they did not just follow the other teams. We see the some teams already doing that.

A detour is a choice between two tasks, each with it's own pros and cons.

Team USA had to watch the others come out to see if they had the right clue. They were dumb enough to leave the clue behind.

What would you rather live through -- Listen to her whine and complain, put up with her temper tantrums and threats of quitting for just a few weeks until the hunt is over? OR Listen to her whine and complain, put up with her temper tantrums and threats for the rest of your life, because you forced her to quit?

Assuming the Fogals do not win (please, pretty please let them get eliminated soon), they've got a good excuse - blame it on the constant negative vibes she sent out, she held them back. If they win (heaven forbid), they can boast that they managed it even with the disadvantage of having to drag her along.

Since we know the Fogals have few or no morals nor scruples, it wouldn't bother them in the least to blame things on her. She comes in handy no matter what the outcome, so keep her along for the ride.

From what I saw I think they took the boat across the swamp and then left one member there and then turned around to get the left member because Ex-CIA had all 3 members when they got the gold.

My cousin recapped this episode for me last week, so when I watched this week, I was confused.

Personally, I think they're going to ditch the hobbit guy. That one guy is really pushing the other guy for it.
