LAST EDITED ON 02-17-07 AT 09:03 AM (EST)

Starting this thread early for the holiday weekend. Looks like Jack's going to have to save both Milo and his sister-in-law from daddy's thugs, then he's going to have to rescue his nephew from daddy. And all this just a few hours after wanting to die, as long as his death was for a reason....

Looks like Tom is really in a pickle. Anyone else surprised that Chad Lowe does evil so well?

Poor Morris...I hope he squashes his demons and soon. Hate to see someone on the wagon fall off, even if it is a televison show.

I have to say I was surprised to see Logan. Is he in some cushy Federal prison? Looked to me like it was almost the same set from last year's West Coast White House. I guess they can't really throw a President into a cell block with the common dregs of society, can they?

To be honest, I was almost glad that alcohol was Moz's biggest problem... I'm still afraid something terrible's gonna happen to him.

I'm actually almost sympathetic to Tom at this point... Chad Lowe's almost got the Logan-style evil down, except with confidence.

Hooray for the O'Brians!

Jack: Do you know how to use this

Latest Jack chippy: No

Jack: Aim and shoot

What dialogue!!

This is getting very soap operay although I liked Logan surfacing

I actually enjoyed that scene. Jack is in a hurry and doesn't really have the time to devote to a lesson, so he says "point and shoot", very matter of fact. I thought it was pretty much Jack being Jack.

Latest Jack chippy

How can you say that, with Graem's body still warm?

I think Logan is under 'house arrest' or something like that. It did kinda look like the house from last year, but Jack would have known where that is so it can't be that.

They didn't have Gregory Itzen in the credits. I love surprises!

And the beard on Logan threw me for a moment too. I knew he would show up this season. But I wasn't expecting him at that moment.

I kept waiting for Marilyn to make a comment to Jack about he had to save Josh because he was really his son. But I guess that would be a little too soapy for the show.

Good episode, good season.

Maybe Logan was going for the Al Gore circa 2003 look

It should be interesting him coming back and seeing what he has to offer. I wonder how much he really knows and why Jack's family didn't take him out after he was kicked out of the White House. I'm doubting he's on House arrest though as I can't think of any president that was ever arrested. Getting thrown out of office seems to be the worst that happens to them.

I'm leaning to that.

With Aaron, natch.
