This week's episode is dedicated to Sarah. For hitting the nail on the head, as far as her boss is concerned. Hopefully Driscol does not make into another season.

It will be interesting to see if Paul is involved but somehow I think not--not of his own volition anyway--he seems too milquetoasty to me. He may have been duped.

TONEEEY! TONEEEEY! TONEEEEY! I can't believe how excited I am that he's back. Is he not the SEXIEST thing on that show!!??

yay for Bawdy and her hidden text!!! looks like Curtis is finally going to get interesting. Sarah, on the other hand still stinks; I actually like Driscol better than her. and i thought Michelle was supposed to have popped up by now?

this episode was the best since the first 4 or 5!

Former President Palmer will make an appearance in the last six episodes and presumably this is when Michelle will also re-appear.

spoilers (hidden text)in response to when does Michele appear?:
She's back in two episodes:

Maya’s suicide has a massive effect on Director Driscoll and she is having trouble leading the unit and her demeanor is drastically different. Driscoll seems like she is in her own little world and she can’t keep her mind on the investigation. Heller sees this and tells her to go home. Driscoll doesn’t want to leave but Secretary Heller doesn’t really give her a choice. Driscoll gets her things and all the employees watch as she leaves CTU and Tony Almeida assumes command on a temporary basis.

The episode ends as Heller, Sarah and Tony talk about Division sending over a replacement. Heller thanks Tony for helping out and he tells him that Division is sending over Deputy Director Dessler. Tony is shocked but he doesn’t have time to say much because just then Michelle arrives.

According to truedorktimes, Chloe will be returning. I'd wait a couple more episodes for her though.

I still like season 3 better, but the past 2 eps (tonight's and last week's) have brought this season back!
