It's a good thing Devin plays with intergral.

And what's with the theory that only ex-army can wear camo? Or that older men without hair on their lower leg had to have had it rubbed off with military boots?

Devin is a tool, but he could be a very useful tool if there is someone in there smart enough to know how to use him.

I wouldn't try to work with or "use" Devin, I'd try to get rid of him as soon as possible. He's definitely guano loco and is too much of a wild card to be in an alliance with.
