First of all, I would bargain that there are just a few Richard Danatos in CA.

Just a thought...but wouldn't the powers that be do background checks on the people in the house to ensure that they DON'T have a criminal record?I mean if someone had criminal charges against them, would they really want that person on the show?
The whole evel d1ck criminal stuff is bogus and likely brought on by people who do not like him. Like him or not, he makes entertaining TV.
I love when he calls people out.

Most shows do a criminal background check.You usually do not need a perfectly clean record to be on a reality TV show but they usually do need you to disclose any problems like that ahead of time.
I would doubt that even CBS would stoop so low as to bring ##### and Dani into the same house if he was accused/charged with battery and/or abuse charges.
How about illegal use of a chain on his pants.
I sent the information onto The Smoking Gun as I thought it very odd that they hadn't had anything up about it as they usually find out about these things before anyone else.
