Hope he does well tonight but we'll see.. He has yet to do a slow and passionate song.. I hope it'll reinforce his talent not scratch a record w/ me.
I like MIG a lot so I will be pullng for him too!
I hope he actually sings it with sincere passion & doesn't cheese it up too much. I think that will make or break his chances in INXS's eyes.

Did the vh1 show tell you what song he was singing?

It was going to be "Baby I love your way" by Peter Frampton

This is the one performance I'm looking forward to tonight. Everyone has been giving Ty a bit af flack for coming across as a broadway performer. Yet everytime I watch Mig sing I can see why he toured in a Queen tribute show, he's bubble-gum. He can act like a rocker, but where's the spark of individuality? I think even Frampton's music might be a little light for him. I would like to see him sing something that comes from the soul and not from the stage.Tonight should be good, and I think he can pull it off. I just hope he doesn't come out sounding like a young Donnie Osmond. I really like what I've seen of Mig as a person.
Oooh Mig I love your way, everyday
I wanna tell you I love your way oooyea !!!I'm routing for you MIG all the way.....
LAST EDITED ON 08-16-05 AT 10:58 PM (EST)aww Mig pulled it off.. no worries and he definitely ate his cake too by playing the piano beautifully.. Now I know Mig is INXS's choice! I'm still all teary over Mig's perfomance and Dave's comment.. as well as the rest of their comments.. No records scratched at all there.. record contracts signed there!
whew.. Mig did great!
Mig was incredible. Playing the piano was a risk but he sure pulled it off.
im happy that he got the encore....very classy that he asked jordis & marty to sing with him.
