I can't say enough about how the House Band ROCKS! These guys are great musicians and their sound together is so TIGHT!
Anyone else share my love for the House Band? I would like to know their names if anyone knows. I wish they would introduce them at the beginning or end of the show because they are an important part of what makes the show worth watching. SuperNova probably doesn't want to share any fame with them!

I recall last year how everyone raved about the house band & were hoping they'd get a solo career. Turns out many of them have zero desire to do the "band" think & promote and tour. They did that with other bands for years & got burt out. Seems they really like the short term gig on Rock Star (it allows them to do studio musician work in the off season) & wouldn't mind doing a few tour shows, but keeping it minimal.

So I imagine they'll try & do a Rock Star tour like last year for a few dates with the House Band backing. Who knows if it will gel, given that last year's attempts fizzled.

I didn't watch last time so I wasn't aware that the House Band was raved about last year. Glad to see that I am not alone in my appreciation of them! Thanks for the info and I'll check out their bio's on the website.
I guess Rock Star is the ultimate gig. Especially if you are married, kids ...etc. and enjoy being at home every once in a while!

Next year it should be 'Rock Star House Band' I like them better than Super Nova

they're great live too, i was able to see them at the namm show in anaheim last year... incredible musicians that don't get enough exposure
