I was thinking about the big finale and trying to figure out if it could be fair. Of course we all know they have made their choice by now, but just for kicks I think the only fair thing to do would be have each of them sing 3 songs, all INXS songs of course and all 3 different melodies. Then have each of the contestants sing the SAME 3 songs. That way we can really see how these guys would do on the back catalog stuff.
In the show it seems like they seem to choose songs that FIT that performer and I think it would be great to really mix it up and test their flexibility. After all whoever wins has got to be able to reach those top notes too, right?

That's a great idea. I'd love to hear each of their takes on a given INXS song and be able to compare them.

I think INXS will want all the singers to look good on the last show. So I doubt there will be any big tests. They will especially want their pick to shine. They have made their decision. So this will just be entertainment for us.

I think a true test of the ability would be very entertaining. It might let us see why they choose a certain person.
