Not that I was holding my breath for HIM, either, but I didn't think he would lie like a dog for publicity. Shame on me!Yeah, this season SUCKS! Don't even know who 3/4 of these people are. But you know what? Maybe that will be a good thing! Denise Richards-wish I DIDN'T know who she was! Too bad Charlie Sheen wasn't cast, too. Now THAT woulda been interesting!!
Well, guess we'll just have to wait and see. Heck, I only watched half of last season, anyway. I'm weaning myself off, and they are certainly helping.....

Really disappointng, isn't it? I didn't know who half of them were until it was explained to me. I think Donnie wants to do it and is hoping if he keeps saying it they will cast him. But they might not want another Osmond quite yet.
Hope Julianne is not paired with her boyfriend. Not really fair. Of course they have already been dancing together. I thought half the point of the show was that the pairs had not met before and had to get to know each other while learning. And Julianne made such a big production about saying she was not doing this season. I was happy to be rid of her but she seems to be coming back.

You know DWTS is in trouble when Gone Country has a better cast.
Lil Kim? Did they not learn their lesson with Master P?
No '90s boybander! No Disney star (we were hoping for Moises Arias)! No 90210 or Melrose cast member!
And isn't having Julianne with her boyfriend a built-in advatantage? Not only is he the only male hottie of this group, but they are always harping on chemistry? The beyotch threatens to quit and this is what she gets? Diva. I guess my girl Edyta gets the shaft again.
The ONLY way this season will be bearable is if they torture Karinna with Steve-O or Wozniak (and how, exactly, does he qualify for this show???)
I am guessing Shawn Johnson FTW, especially since she is short and will probably be paired with Hough or Ballas.

Hmmm. It's very interesting when someone who has been convicted of conspiracy and perjury are invited to be part of a "reality" (oh please) show, Dancing with the Stars, yet an Olympic swimmer gets suspended for 3 months and gets canned by Kellogs! (By the way, I wish both persons success in their lives.)

When is it Edyta's turn to get someone who might have potential. Woz is as bad as Jeffrey Ross. I remember him from Kathy Griffin's show. He was a very sweet and very goofy billionaire who knew nothing about pop culture.And the cards seem stacked in favor of Julianne. They should have made her boyfriend dance with someone else.
I'll be interested in Ty Murray.

The new season of "Dancing With the Stars" hasn't even started yet, but Jewel already has the first reported injury.The singer has been sidelined by swollen knees after rehearsing too
hard, she reports on her blog Wednesday (Feb. 25). Jewel, 34, and her
husband, bull-riding champ Ty Murray, are both contestants on ABC's
reality dancing competition this upcoming season.
"I guess I really over did it on the rehearsal front!" she
writes. "My knees have been hurting so badly that I finally broke down
and talked to Ty's knee doctor yesterday. He said I have tendonitis in
my knees and that I have to start a course of medicine to try and bring
the swelling down.
"But now I'm just worried I won't even be able to dance!
Hopefully these steroids will really do the trick and I can keep bad
flare ups at a bay in the future."
Jewel has been rehearsing for eight hours a day with newcomer pro
Dmitry Chaplin, and her first dance will be the cha cha. She'll have to
sit out of rehearsal for a couple days and perhaps go to rehab. Her
husband has cautioned her to take it easy.

I saw a clip of Bruno on Regis & Kelly this morning. They asked him which celeb that has done the show does he think had the most dancing talent. His answer was Mel B. It still bugs me that she did not win and they gave it to Helio.
