Ok I may not be familiar with postings on websites, etc. But why on earth would someone "lock my thread"? I am not sure what it means, but i see that I cannot reply and no other postings to my posting can be posted. If any of that makes since. Could someone explain it to me.

They will lock the thread if it is considered a duplicate. Probably since most of what you talked about in the thread was the same that was being discussed in other threads, they locked it.

If you had bothered to read the (female) moderator's post in that thread, you would have seen why it was locked. Your post was no different from the male posters who have had threads locked for starting duplicates. Our guidelines have more information.

And since this is not relevant to the discussion of The Contender, I'm locking this one too.

ETA: In the future, if you have a question about a mod's actions, the appropriate course of action is to PM or email the moderator. You can do that by clicking on the moderator's name on the main forum listing or by clicking on the icons in the top right hand corner of any post by the moderator.
