"Final Episode Air Date "A Complete Surprise""

In 1984, the US Supreme Court ruled that home taping of broadcast television shows constituted "fair use" and that such activity was not a violation of the network's exclusive content reproduction rights.

The producers of the CBS show will not seek, nor be awarded any damages from a legal copy of a program's airing once complete. If an individual wants to let me borrow a copy, and I am only paying the postage and handling charge associated with the delivery, the US Supreme Court ruling is not violated, as the program's advertising content is now null and void, and the program itself is not available for sale by the producers.

If the show's producers decide to re-air the program, or sell the entire series on video, the analysis would change. However, the website in question would not be vulnerable in that instance.

So, for someone who can deliver a copy of the final hour only, from airdate 3/5/05, I will compensate you for the postage and handling via Paypal. Good day!
