"May 15 episode"

Am I the only one who stayed up to watch the taped episode?

The first segment was hilarious. Bree went golfing with the pharmacist (can't remember his name) and she was teasing him when he was trying to take his shot. She ran her fingers up his spine and whispered "miss it!" into his ear. He got an erection! He couldn't move and then Bree realized what was happening and demanded that he get rid of his erection right.this.minute! It was so funny! Bree is so disgusted that he crossed the line that she broke off their friendship.

John's gay roommate is mowing Gabriel's lawn. He is pissed at Gabby for suggesting that John is not mature enough to handle fatherhood. He insults her and she slaps him. Carlos sees the slapping from the window. Gabby tells him she was mad because he ruined the flowers.

Edie took doughnuts to Mike only to find Susan there in her skivvies. The two exchange mean looks, Edie gets huffy and leaves, yadda, yadda, yadda, Mike suggests Susan moves in with him. (I don't like any of the Susan storyline).

Lynnette is visiting her DH's office every day (why can't I remember any of the guy's names?) She still feels threatened by the pretty lady, whatserface. She has lunch with her old boss, and suggests that her DH work there. The boss is more interested in a fiery personality so Lynnette suggests that pretty whatserface work there instead. When they call Lynnette's rival, the boss trumps their offer and promotes her to VP, a job that Lynnette's DH has been doing. He quits in a huff, but not before the boss clues him in on all of Lynnette's scrambing to separate him from this other woman.

Bree's DH is in a bad way with his heart. The medication, which we know is being tampered with, is not working and the docs can't figure out why. When Bree takes him to the doctor, the pharmacist breaks into their house. He arranges Brees undies on the bed and takes pictures. He snoops around and finds their box of S&M toys! Then he meets Bree in the supermarket and tells her that he overheard people laughing about all the pervy things her husband makes her do. Bree is pissed!

Paul drops a box on Mrs. Huber's sister's front porch. Mike sees him do this. The box is for Zach, and he's left him some carp to remember him by. Zach throws the box to the floor and runs up the stairs. Nosy Sis starts rifling through it and finds a note that says "I didn't really leave you. Meet me at the ballpark on Thursday at midnight." Mike confronts her and she gives him the information. (She is really creepy.) Then he meets Paul at the ball park and beats the carp out of him!

Gabby and Carlos have a big fight over the birth control again, and she says she's leaving him. She takes off with a suitcase. He steals Edie's car and follows her. Meanwhile, the police have found out that he's broken his house arrest and go after him. Carlos sees Gabby outside John's building, and sees John's gay roommate hugging Gabby. She leaves, and he goes in and beats the carp out of the roommate! The cops show up and bust him, and then they find out that he was the guy who beat up the cable guy months before. He is in jail and may go away for 8 years!

That's about all I can remember. As of now, the future of all the men is in question!

The world is my litterbox.

I don't watch Survivor, so I watched the episode! That first scene with Bree and George was just priceless!
I don't like the Susan storyline, either. The whole "moving in together" thing is jut weird. She has a teenage daughter fer chrissakes! How could she make that kind of decision so quickly? And I'm unclear on whose house they'll be living in. I lik her and Mike together, but sheesh, let's slow down a bit. I mean, she just found out he's a good guy.
And what was up with Bree going all psycho and making the bed before taking Rex to the hospital? Does she want him to die? Did she not believe him? I know she's supposed to be obsessive-compulsive, but WTF?!

I haven't watched all the episode just yet but I do recall Susan saying something to the point of Mike moving into her house.

GREAT eppy last night...i thought the writing was particularly strong...love that Carlos is charged with a hate crime! That was hysterical! And Bree making the bed! And Lynette saying "Can I CUT YOU...a piece?" I was laughing out loud.

It was a good episode but not very informative, I don't feel that we learned anything new. Bree freaked me out. I have never liked her much (carrying over from her days on MP) but the scene where she was making the bed just cemented it for me. Now I am just waiting for the formal announcemet that she is truly nuts. Creepy.

I do love Lynette though and and how she does what it takes to protect her marriage.

*WooHoo, I got me a Syren and a bounce from IceCat!*

I don't know, MM, I think we learned a couple things. One is that Lynette is the more desirable employee of the couple, "a real shark" and with hubby quitting, will she have to be the one to get a job - her friend was only interested in her, not Tom.

The Weird Sister really wants Paul dead, and is setting Mike up as the killer. I was glad to see Paul with duct tape over his mouth and alive in the previews, cause I don't want Mike to be the one who kills him, although I do want him to die.

The pharmacist put the real pills back in Rex's prescription bottle before he set Bree up with the false "sex life being discussed" information. Did he anticipate her confronting Rex, and the resultant heart attack?

Susan, despite having Mike move in, has about as much faith in him as she did in her ex, Carl. She was trailing him in the same way she had done to Carl, according to her own statements. It was a funny scene when she opened the door on the wrong truck, but that she was following at all speaks volumes about her.

The funniest thing to me? Carlos wanting Gabby to say she was having an affair with John to get him off the hook. Just think, all she had to do to get him out of trouble, was tell the truth.

Nothing is fool proof to a sufficiently talented fool.

Yeah, I don't know I guess I wanted more...now that you've summed it up though I realize that I missed alot. I was listening to the show more than watching it so I guess that's what I get.

OCD struck and it was suddenly very important that I get all the fuzz out of our hairbrushes. Next time I'll do that during a different show. *sigh*

Carlos is quickly becoming a favorite character of mine. He has been making me laugh out loud for the last couple of weeks. His "Oh no, not again" was my favorite of the episode.

Ricardo Chavira knows how to deliver his lines, I hope they find a way to get his character out of jail so he's around for next season.

I watched last night. Nothing really new to add. LOL at Edie doing that guy.

Also, Bree making the bed was a hoot. I must say, it reminded me somewhat of a story I heard about my MIL, who we just lost on Mother's Day this year. Apparently, 20 years ago when dh's father passed away at 1 a.m., MIL was waiting for the paramedics, etc. to arrive. She got up and got herself dressed -- silk blouse, skirt, hose, shoes and jewelry. But that was just her. She was always one who dressed up like that.

Obviously Bree's OCD was kicking in, but I think she was also in shock. Poor Rex. It does look like she's giving him some TLC in the previews for next week, though.

great synopsis Frisky. I stayed up late to watch my tape too but was too tired to transcribe here. I'm looking forward to next week.
