oh man, it's getting ugly. I dont know where to draw the line on spanking. My parents spanked me and it worked for me.There's a difference between spanking and abouse. But the lines blurred a lot in the last few decades so I can understand where lynette's coming from too.
I love the actual Elephant in the room that everyone ignored during this episode. Bree spanking the little punk actually worked! The kid stopped misbehaving and then as soon as Lynette gets the kids again they act like monsters. But spanking is wrong people, remember that!

The interesting part is that Zach remembers being called Dana.Has Mrs. Huber's sister ever said that Angela was Z/D's mom?

The bones in the box were those of a woman not a man. I think zach was led to believe the body was that of a man.Carlos physicaly assaulted Gabriella and forced her to sign the post-nupt.I bet this comes to bite him in the ##### when she finds out she's pregnant and threatens to leave him and take the child with her. Any opinions on this one?
Especially since he said he may be in jail for 8 months. The child will still be with her, and he couldn't take that away.

Now that's the funniest thing I've heard. Lynette threatend to take her kids to Bree's if they're bad. Funny stuff.Bree looks disgusted at they way a lot of the mothers are at the rehab center. I thought the first half of the show was far better than the last half. Much more info reavealed early.The Gabby preggers thing would be unwanted for Gabby no matter who the father. So, it may not be by John.

Could be. Do you think there are two dead peeps? A child that Zach killed and then this other lady? Or do you think there is only one dead body?
I dunno. I've missed a few episodes, so I don't know all the details. There's a body buried in the back yard, right? Or did Paul take it out and throw it in the river.Also, Zach said he busted the chest, but he was wrong. How did Zach not know that he didn't break it? Or maybe Paul fixed it?
I think Zach was lying through his teeth I that one. He knows that he didn't break the box. He was just making up the story to expalin the box's absence and to protect "the only family he has ever known."

Literally or figuratively? (I mean, I don't know how it would be figuratively as I'm pooped, but maybe something will come to me.)(Ok, something just came to me. Maybe who he (Paul) killed knew the truth about the family and was going to tell Zach (Dana), not necessarily that the woman was going to physically take Zach away. But Paul wanted Zach/Dana to continue thinking that he was his dad?)

The lady in the box was a Private Eye that according to Paul was going to take Zach away from the only family he has ever known. The impression that I got was that Paul (or whatever his name used to be) and Angela kidnapped Dana when he was a baby, and then moved away and changed their names to Paul and Mary Alice and Zachary. The Private Eye was searching for the baby Dana, so Paul killed her to keep Zach and the secret. Would the dead Private Eye be the lady Mike is looking for? His ex-girlfriend? Mrs. Huber, using information gained from her sister who used to work with Angela, wrote Mary Alice the note "I know what you did", meaning when she kidnapped Zach. This theory would explain a lot of things.djandy

I wonder why Paul originally told Zach that the body in the box was a man? Zach was very confident that Paul told him it was a man.BTW: I have the same ideas as you do as to how this could play out. I like it!
I got the impression that Paul never said it was a man or woman, but it was an investigator, and Zach just assumed it was a man. Not sure.

That's what I got out of the whole episode last night.
I think Zach covered so he'll have leverage if Paul wants to send him away again.
Been thinking about why Mrs. Huber's sister had baby pictures of Dana/Zach. Any chance Mrs. Huber's sister is Zach's actual grandmother? As in Mrs. Huber's daughter was the real mother that may or may not be the one in the chest?
My Thoughts:Perhaps Paul and Mary Alice legally adopted Zach or were in the process -- back then Mary Alice was Angela, Zach was Dana and Paul used another name. Then the birth mother changed her mind
and wanted the baby back. They fled and changed their names. The PI came looking for him. She found them and was killed, possibly by Zach depending on how old he was at the time. That could explain the "only family he's ever known" comments.I agree with Beav about why Mrs. Huber's sister would have pictures of Zach as a baby. It didn't appear that Mrs. Huber had any children though.
Also got the impression that Gabby will be pregnant with John's baby. Gabby seems pretty determined not to have a child. If Carlos is locked away, I could see her terminating the pregnancy without telling him.
