OMH, that was so freaking funny!! And that is where I stopped for the night. No, I'm not going to sleep, but I do have to watch the Sox. Sorry, Doc, I'll be on one night with you.

Odds & ends from tonight's show:

I'm leaning towards Mary Allice being (as someone else suggested) in the witness protection program. The family group could have been together to hide, and not a real married family. Saying her real name on the tape and the dream suggests past violence and hiding out. And the husband seems more interested in who sent the note.

The voice over at the end kinda suggests it might had been the nosey neighbour who sent the note.

I like Terry Hatcher as Susan in this show, and I was glad she got the measuring cup back. And I like the spirit & relationship they show with her daughter.

Bree was almost human a couple of times tonight, also. (Her parents did not plan a future with a thong and pole - lol)

They haven't shown anything more of the gun, money & map in Mike's kitchen cupboard since the end of one episode, either.

Disjointed thoughts, but what did you see in the episode tonight? I had to laugh at dusting with socks.

I really enjoy the dialogue on this show. When Susan told off Mrs. Hopper at the end, I kept thinking about all of the people that I'd like to give that speech to.

And Bree in the strip club was a hoot.

Please abide in my words, for my references speak of the truth that is within me.

Loved Susan telling that heifer off. She was starting to make my blood boil!

Susan should not have given up her date with Mike to that floosy though. What was that about? They had the cup back already!

Speaking oif Ms. Sheridan, I bet that if she would have just "aged gracefully," she would look 100% better than she does now. She looks like a walking ad for a plastic surgeon, but if anyone sees her "before" shots, they'll know to never use that quack!

They didn;t have the cup at the time, she was just trying to keep Edie out until she saw her daughter was out safely. When she saw her daughter I would have said "oh, wait I changed my mind", could you see the expression on Edie's face then?

I would have loved to see Susan go to the movies with Mike and then Sheridan's character show up and sit beside them! I didn't like that Susan gave up her ticket!

I liked this episode and as volsfan stated mike is really hotttt.....

anyway, mary alice's real name is angela....now I stated last week that maybe she the family was in the witness protection program, which may be a possiblity but it could be that she alone or maybe the family are hiding out from "people"...I don't know....but a name change and the shady way that family behaves only makes you think they are hiding.....then when they show the husband the note....was his reaction fake or what....and I said good for you girls...when they did not believe his cockamamie story about her being crazy.....

Next week they have the kid confessing to them why his mom killed herself but I thin it will also be a lie/coverup....

At first, I thought the reaction from the husband about the note was because he knew the meaning behind the note. However, after the ending scene lastnight, if he knew the meaning...he didn't know who sent it! I am wodering if the person writing the note is going to be a young person because I don't think the note was written in an adult manner.

I think the kid is going to send the women on a wild goose chase and he doesn't know why his mom killed herself. IMHO!

"I think the kid is going to send the women on a wild goose chase"

I sure hope so! This is a show of wild goose chases.

My only problem with this show is that the black-mailing conniving Mrs. Hooper, or whatever her last name is, has the same RL first name as I do. Why did they have to pick my name for the villianess! And the only non-sexy regular in the show! It's discrimination, I tell ya.

So at the end of the show Mary Alice's hubby was talking to someone (PI?) about finding who wrote the note. Do you think he really has no clue? And why would he run out after the girls gave him the note and then make up the lie that Mary Alice was nuts? And who lives in the yellow house they showed at the end of the show? Hmmmmmm...

Doesn't the nosey woman that was trying to bribe Susan live in that yellow house?

pssst Vols - blackmail Susan.

If the family was in hiding, it would make sense that the husband needs to find out who sent the note. Life or death sense.

That poor cable guy.

OMH! That was funny!

"Are you gay?"

"Yeah. Is this why you are doing this?"

"Uhh, yeah."

Damn that was funny. Don't get me wrong, the situation was effed up, but the way the husband looked and responded was hilarious! I was cracking up when Gabrielle and her husband (I forget his name) were taking a bubble bath together while watching the news about the assalt and the husband's sketch came up.

"Is there something you want to ask me?"

"No."

These writers and actors are the best I've seen in a couple years.

At the start of the show, when they have the animated starting credits, am I the only one that thinks of Monty Python when this comes on:
