I am so disappointed with this show! i thought this was gonna be like SEX and the City. This show sucks!!

Welcome to this forum Shawn. You seem to have a different view of this show than most of us. What part do you not like?

Thank you.umm... i was expecting more, you know? I was expecting a little more flavor. like whole bunch of house wives have sex with random men and each others husbands and talk about it. yeah. kinda like sex and the city.

LOL! Yeah, I think the title of the show tells us that each one of the women will have/go through their own problems!

I really really like it! The show cracks me up but is shady enough to keep you guessing! I think the casting director did a great job with the cast.

What do you expect from a 9pm slot on network TV? This is not HBO or Skinemax. The show is very well written and one of the best "regular" shows to come out in many years. I say "regular" because most everything new is a reality based show. I am sorry that your impression of the show is not what you expected.

this & Lost have to be my 2 fav's so far. If you want Sex and the City, I suggest buying the complete seasons or watching the re-runs.

I like Lost as well! These two shows are very unique and different than any thing that has come out in a few years and I like the change!

Welcome to the DH boards shawn! You have to remember this is network tv. They are bound by a different set of rules than a cable show. Shows like "Sex in the City", "The Sopranos", and "The Shield" wouldn't be the same if they were on ABC, or NBC for instance. I think they would still be great shows because the storylines and writing were excellent. But there are just some things and topics that you can't expect to see.

Ok, I wouldn't be watching this show if it weren't for my sister to ask me to TIVO this show. I have to admit I like it. (SIGH). Anywho, you can't watch anything similar to Sex and the City on network TV.
