Lots of things happened...what do you think?

So, was Dana in the box? There was an adult in the box and Zach says he killed his baby sister. What gives?

Last nights episode was great.....I think the person in the box is the person Mike is looking for.....now she came to be in the box is a total mystery.....could be she was the nanny and she was th only other person who knew how dana really died.....there must have been a dana...at some time....I don't remember if zach said baby sister or sister....

Poor susan, with the best dress in the show only to be embarassed....because of gabby.....now I think that gabrielle is going to be in for alot of blackmail from her boytoy's mother....I really don't think she will report her....just used it as leverage to get what she wants.....

As far as lynette is concerned I think high-grade nanny is going to cause problems in her household...especially with hubby...let watch and see....

i saw when lynnette was in the park with the nanny she was trying to "poach".

did she get her? i can see that nanny getting into trouble with lynnette's husband.

I found it curious how Zach said he didn't remember his baby sister, just the blood and how his parents said it wasn't his fault. He didn't say anything about his baby sister as a person, and it happened around the time he was four, about the time that infantile amnesia kicks in.

Zack sounded like HE was guessing at what the big mystery was, too.

I wonder if the "baby" everyone is referring to is Zack (i.e. nosy old lady talking about what Mary Alice did to "that poor baby").

If the old bag supposedly knew the truth, and she must have for whatsisface to kill her, then Zach's theory that he killed the baby must be wrong, right?

So Zach remembers a pool of blood, his mother telling him it wasn't his fault, there's adult bones in the box, and it was indeed Mary Ellis who did something.

Could the bones be another person who found out the truth prior to the nosy neighbour?

I'm getting more and more convinced that Zach is the baby that something bad happened to, although that doesn't explain the "Dana" name embroidered on the blankie.

My only thought on the baby.adult conundrum is that maybe Mary Alice had a mentally retarded sister (they weren't old enough to have a full grown adult child) who lived with them and that's who Zack killed. The baby blanket and toy chest could just be a part of catering to her mental age.

Just a guess, though.

I too think Zach is guessing that he killed his sister. He doesn't know for sure. I think you may be on to something about Zach being the one that something happened to. Maybe Dana was the one that did something to Zach. However, what could it be? I dunno.

The body in the box could be someone else that found out. We know the dad was willing to kill to keep the secret.

Maybe Dana is just the "girl" name they picked in case Zach was a girl. Maybe there's a "Zach" blankie, too.

What I don't get is that dad is willing to kill to keep the secret, but mom kills herself when it appears that someone else knew the secret. How is that protecting her secret?

I missed the first show. Did Mary Alice really commit suicide? Maybe she saw the note, wanted to come clean about whatever it was, and dad killed her?

She committed suicide. The scene was shown with her putting the gun to her head. I think she did kill herself.

Oh wow...I will try but someone else can fill in the holes.

Zach ran away from the mental hospital. He had been writing letters to Susan's daughter and they had become pen pals. Zach went to Susan's house. He is staying there with the daughter (I can't think of her name) withouth Susan knowing. Zach told the daughter that when he was around 4 that he remembers blood and his mother and father told him it wasn't his fault. Zach thinks he killed his baby sister.

In the meantime, there is an investigation going on with the chest that was recovered that had human remains. The chest we think Zach's dad threw in the river.The chest had adult human remains.

Lynette hired a nanny away from another family. Lynette thinks this nany is wonderful but on the previews it shows the nanny isn't as good as Lynette thinks.

Bree caught her son smoking pot and made him pee in a cup. She took the cup to father and wanted the father to take it to be tested. The dad refused and Bree threw the pee all over the dad! Bree found out that the son kept the pot in his sock in his locker at school. She made an anonomous phone call and the boy gets caught! The boy is on to his Bree calling.

Carlos got arrested just as the show went off. He said that he is not guilty and that someone set him up. Gabby decided to have a fashion show as a fund raiser and John volunteered to help out. John and Gabby were sitting at a table and Gabby was rubbing John's crotch with her foot. Susan knocked some papers off the table and saw what was going on under the table. She confronted Gabby and Gabby came clean about the affair. John broke up with his girlfriend to be with Gabby. John's mother overheard John and his friend talking and the friend said something about John having sex with a housewife. Gabby told John that Susan knew and he went to talk to Susan. John's mother followed him to Susan's house and mistakeningly thought Susan was the one sleeping with her son. John's mother attacked Susan at the fashion show and it was hilarious! Susan got her dress ripped off! Susan forced Gabby to tell John's mother it was her that he was sleeping with. Gabby said that the affair was over and the mother said it was far from over.

Did I miss something?

Gabby is visting mother in law in hospital, talking to a nurse and then gets a brilliant idea to do a fashion charity event to help the hospital. Everyone is at Gabby's house getting ready for the big event (alterations, dress stealing, etc.) when clumsy Susan drops some cards on the floor, bend to pick them up and sees Gabby playing footsy with her "boy toy". Susan confronts Gabby (had to go & tell DD to get in shower so I missed what was said, sorry). Boy toy is playing basketball with a friend, he and friend are talking about him doing the "Hot housewife", little do they know that Boy-toys mom has just come outside and is now privy to this info. Gabby tells Boy-toy that Susan knows and that they are done. Boy-toy goes to Susans and I think apologizes for what has happened, says he is in "love" with Gabby and they will be happy together. Susan says something like yeah right like she will leave Carlos & him $$, blah blah blah, Susan then gives Boy-toy a hug, and little do they know that Boy-toys mom is watching and now thinks that Susan is the "hot housewife".

Moving along to the fashion show, Boy-toy's mom is supposed to be the last one. She doesn't show so they decide to have Susan and her beautiful dress be the last one. Boy-toys mom stops by to drop off the dress & apologize when Susan spots her, Susan goes running up to her and says there has been a change and Susan will be last, Boy-toys mom then says soemthing to Susan and slaps her, it becomes a cat-fight (of sorts) all the while Susan is thinking that it is because she is now going last. Boy-toys mom rips the bottom of Susans dress off and leaves. Meanwhile they are ready for the last person/grand finale (Susan), the stage help comes out grabs her and shoves her on the stage. There she stands with very little covering her, hair a mess and Edie smirking like only she can. Susan runs off stage, show ends. You know see Susan changing, Gabby come in apologizing, Susan looks at her tells her she needs to tell Boy-toys mom the truth and leaves.

Gabby decides she needs Susan as a friend, goes to Boy-toys mom and tells her it is her not Susna. Says she is sorry but that it is over. Mom says when did it start, Gabby says about a year ago, mom says when he was 16, Gabby says yeah but don;t worry it is over. Mom says it is only beginning.

Moving to later, Gabby at home with Carlos, scared that Boy-toys mom will tell him starts to confess and then decides she can't. So she is about to go upstairs when she looks out & sees all of these cop cars pulling up with thier lights on. She runs to Carlos and says "Carlos whatever happens tonight you must believe that I love you and always have" (or somthing like that). Carlos is like "what", the cops beat on the door, "we have a warrant, open up or we have authority to break it down" Carlos & gabby go to the door & open it, the officer says he is with the FBI & has a warrant for Carlos' arrest. Gabby was sure they were after her and looks stunned. Carlos says call the lawyer. Show ends with Gabby sitting next to Susan, looking at the warrant and saying "they took him away in handcuffs".

That is my version of the fashion show/Gabby/Boy-tiy incident. Someone else, please do the rest of the show because I have to get back to work now. Thanks.

And FYI I did not proof read this so sorry for any mistakes.

I wonder if Carlos is going to think Gabby had something to do with his arrest? He said something about being set up, but do you think he will start to believe she was involved in some way?

If I didn't already now, I would believe it from the way Gabby was acting before the feds pulled up...

Actually, Carlos said a person's name when he said he was set-up. I had to rewind and watch again because it was hard to understand but Carlos acted as if he knew who was behind it!

I believe that was his name. It was the same Asian guy who was ducking Carlos earlier in the episode when he walked into the fashion show preparations on the phone and yelling.

Right now, I don't think Carlos realizes what Gabby was saying. And next week they start taking personal possessions.

Still trying to figure out the Zach/Dana angle.

How did Mrs. Huber know what happened?

Did Mary Alice live there at the time?

Maybe Zach was jealous of his sister? I was thinking maybe she died from SIDS or something until the mention of blood. Then I thought what if she died during birth, which could explain blood. Maybe Zach didn't like the idea of a new baby coming, baby dies during birth (they didn't get to go to the hospital, had baby at home), and Zach thinks it's his fault because he didn't "want" a new baby?

And wasn't there mention in a previous episode about an "Angela"? Could Angela be the adult woman in the box or possibly the person Mike is looking for?

Angela is Mary Alice's real name...seems she was using an alias.....correct me if I am wrong....so you could extrapolate and say the whole family is using an alias...but zach may have been too young to know....or remember...

I really do not think the body in the chest is that of dana....I really think the body is of the person Mike is looking for....

I am thinking that Mary Alice "Angela" was in the witness protection program, Mike is looking for her, the adult bones in the chest are from someone that found them and then were killed by Zach, or Dana was kidnapped, ranson drop went bad, kidnapper was killed, Dana never found, oh hell I don't know.....

I think you may be right about there being no baby Dana.
Here's my theory:

1.) Zach is actually Dana. I think that MaryAlice and Paul possibly adopted him (maybe through some black market adoption process), and that the biological mother hunted them down to Wisteria Lane and demanded her baby back. (Think about it, Paul and MaryAlice only have one child . . .an older child. Maybe there were some fertility issues and the couple adopted.)

2.) The dead body in the trunk would then be the body of Zach's biological mother.

3.) Somehow Mrs. Huber overheard the fight/confrontation, and figured everything out. Remember her statement, "what you've done to that baby" (referring to them taking him from his biological mother). The reason she never went to the police is because she was "deathly afraid" of Paul! (ironic since she died at the hands of Paul.)

4.) The blanket with the name Dana on it was probably what the baby was wrapped in when MaryAlice and Paul got the baby. If I had fertility problems, and finally got my hands on a much wanted child, I would save the blanket the baby came in as well!

5.) I think the name exchange of "Dana" and "Zach" during the confrontation was between the biological mother and MaryAlice & Paul, both referring to the same child (only they each know the child by a different name). The blood on the floor that Zach remembers would actually be his biological mother's blood. The only reason he thinks he is responsible for the death is because his mind is so clouded with antiphyscotic medications he doesn't have a clear recollect of what actually happened. (Think about it, Paul is the one soley responsible for committing Zach to the mental hospital, probably to keep him sooo dopped up, that he CAN'T recall the facts!) I actually think it was MaryAlice that killed Zach's mother, and that her guilty conscious is what forced her to take her own life!
Anyway, that's my theory.

Could you refresh my memory...how do we know that mary Alice was an alias? Was that said on the show? I always miss the first 15 minutes or so, because I'm reading to my kids! How did that come out?

Yes, her real name is Angela. I don't remember which show we learned this but it was one of the earlier episodes.

All I can say is wow at all of the theories that everyone has been coming up with. My brain is too small to come up with a good theory.

One thing that sticks in my mind though, anyone remember the episode when Zach was put in the mental episode. Some nosy neigbor (dont remember which one) went to see what all the commotion was about at the house. Paul had a busted lip and I can't say for sure but it came across to me as Zach being violent and having beaten up his dad for something.

Am I the only person who interpreted it that way??? How would that change the theories that have been posted??

Dana is the name of the adult woman in the box. She's the sister of the woman who hired Mike to find said sister. She was probably Zach's nanny. Zach probably accidentally shot her with a handgun he found. His parents wanted to cover it up for some absurd reason. (there's another parental coverup that seems ridiculous too, with the hit and run.)
Why is Dana's name stitched on a baby blanket? Well, cause she was probably once a baby too, and if she was a live-in, maybe she had brought some precious posessions with her. It's a misleader, that's all.

I was wondering if maybe he had an older sister and maybe SHE had a baby. It does seem really strange. Or if he did something to the baby...hurt her and she was paralized or something, and she died when she was older...It get stranger and stranger every week. BTW I'm glad they got rid of Mrs. Huber...I didn't like her after she tried to blackmail Susan.
