Looks like LOST is moving back to Wednesdays this season, and we have a premiere date of January 21st.Also, ABC is scheduling a two-hour premiere for the Season 5 debut of its Emmy-winning thriller "Lost" on Wednesday, January 21. The premiere will be preceded by a one-hour clip show.
That means "Lost" is returning to its 9 p.m. Wednesday period. The most recent fourth season aired on Thursdays -- first at 9 p.m., then shifting to 10 p.m. after "Grey's Anatomy" returned to air following the Hollywood writers strike. The new premiere date also is slightly earlier than last season.
ABC has lined up 17 episodes for 2009, which is one more than the show's now-standard 16-episode tally. The network added an extra hour to compensate for last year, which was cut short because of the strike. Also, Reiko Aylesworth ("24") is in negotiations for a major recurring role on the drama.

Now, someone begin the countdown!
It's not just A Zombie Original, it's THE Zombie Original!
Yay! I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to the return of Lost. Not much has captured my interest on TV this fall and I can't wait to see how L&C handle the on and off the island storylines.

Only 9 more sleeps!
Dood, I'm ready!

I'm so excited I could pee my pants!
but have some misgivings about Charlotte. I may be alone in this but I don't like the character and don't want to see more of her than we already have. Have to wait and see if she'll redeem herself.
Need I say I am breathless with anticipation?Part of me keeps looking at the regular websites I go but I am scared I might see a spoiler or two so I have to back away!

A PhoenixMons Creation
I've vowed to stay away from spoilers. With only two seasons left, I want to enjoy the experience. Esp. since there is so much crap on and too many good shows (i.e., Pushing Daisies) are getting cancelled.
A Slice of Manga
I, too, am spoiler free. I decided to go spoiler free last year during the strike and haven't read a one since. I was an addict, even scouring the net for them and updating them on another site.I'm so anxious not having ANY idea what this season has in store!
I've been spoiler free since Shannon got killed. I think it took away so much from the show! Now all I do are watching "what's on next week" and knowing what the epsiode title is. I don't even like reading the little epsiode blurbs or knowing who the episode revolves around! I love guessing.
Today I have been reading the old threads here and I love looking back at our speculations!
I don't know if this would be too spoilerish for you, zombs, but this article got me thinking:http://www.ew.com/ew/article/0,,20251960,00.html
If you want to avoid mild spoilers, read only pp. 3-4 of the article. Doc (the author) has a very thought-provoking, speculative question that I never considered.
Bunnies eat nerds.
Oooh thanks! That's a good one!So long as they don't go the Heroes route where everything means nothing due to all the changing of timelines.
I do think Aaron is a red herring.
He might go good with turnip heads.Oh yeah! Remember that ring that Charlie "left" for Aaron? When Claire took him out of the cradle it stayed there. That ring is key!!!!!!
Zombs<---Crazy old Lost Lady.
I don't think Lost will go the way of Heroes. I think having a definite limit on the number of seasons helped keep the show grounded. Heroes is rudderless; Lost has a purpose and endgame planned out, IMHO.
