ok....way back...maybe the season finale of 2 seasons ago.

there was a scene on a boat where i swear sun was just about to be shot and i think we heard a gunshot....it was an escape scene.
for some reason they never showed the ending...and the next time we see sun...nothing is wrong..

does anyone remember this? or is it just me....
i swear i am going to watch the ENTIRE show from beginning to end again...one day.

I think the scene that you are remembering was when Michael, Walt, Sawyer, and JIN were on the raft/boat and being confronted by the “others” and their boat.

There was a gun shot and Sawyer got shot, fell in the ocean, and Jin jumped in to save him.

Sun wasn’t on the raft, and didn’t have the gun pointed at her at that point in the story.

Don't remember the exact episode but Sun did shoot one of the female "others" on a boat. I believe it was Desmond's sail boat. Sayid, Jin, and Sun were trying to find the "others" camp to rescue Jack, Kate, Sawyer, and Hugo. Something like that.
