Let's try to figure these two out.
Faux Henry is really "Ben" and is definitely the leader.
Juliette is apparently also in a position of leadership.
Ben means - son of my right hand
Juliette means - soft haired

Ben & Juliette seem to be ex somethings and current co-workers (dating, husband/wife). It seems Ben still has the upper hand in leadership, but Juliette is also a leader of sorts.
What were some of the comments made in the book club at the begining when Juliette was talking about the book she chose and why it was or wasn't something Ben would've chosen?

Seemed the context was telling us they used to be a couple, had a falling out, and probably in a way that was dividing to the camp...or some of the residents. Might they have disagreed about his plan to lie his way into the losties camp? Or his handling of Walt possibly?

Good call about the two of them causing a divide in the Others camp. Will be interesting to see what exactly caused the divide since Ben & Juliette still seem to carry on a working relationship.

If I had to guess, I'd say that Ben is the leader, but maybe he's been elected. The members of the society are at least *supposed* to be otherwise equal. Maybe Ben's taking more power than he should, and while some people don't mind that (as the guy who accused her of choosing the book simply because Ben wasn't there), Juliette is not a happy camper.
At least, that's what I got from the scenes last week.

I think Juliette is someone that Ben broke and got to cooperate. She still has remnants of rebellion but not as strong as Alex'. Those two might be the ones to help the Losties.

I'm getting a vibe from the Juliette/Jack interactions that leads me to believe Jack might break Juliette into helping them.

Juliette seems to have an antagonistic relationship with her peers. Colleen was not very respectful. The guy in book club was argumentative. Only the older woman at book club seemed to have any respect for Juliette.
Ben, however, still have a lot of respect for Juliette. His weakness perhaps?
